1:00 'Anyone watching...' Loads of people watching agreed with the judges; don't talk nonsense. I sat down with a pen and pad for both fights and scored it 115-112 and 117-113 both to Usyk. The second fight was harder to score, but I disagree with the reluctance to score very close rounds 10-10; it's fairer to do so as 'winning' by one jab shouldn't earn the same reward as battering someone. I either gave Fury one round after 6, or nothing; he certainly didn't win either fight. Please stop this nonsense! THERE IS NO STORY WHATSOEVER, only delusion and yes men.

No difference between listening to Francis or Frank. Francis touched on the fact that Aj was hugely criticised by public after the first fight because of the belt throwing incident but no one mentioned that Tyson has blamed the war, calling the judges corrupt and giving Usyk a Xmas present also making statements of never getting a decision win in foreign countries plus unlike Aj who apologised when he had calmed down and praises Usyks ability, Fury and Frank stand by everything they’ve said and done. Fury has never given Usyk any credit just insults of his looks his character and his boxing ability say the first fight was like fighting a amateur and found it all to easy and lost his focus and lost 😂

Holy hell, but talkSPORT is like the Ministry of Truth these days. Slow the fight down to half speed and watch it back. It's hard to give Fury more than Round 5. Usyk was busier, made Tyson miss, landed the cleaner and better shots, controlled the pace, and he bullied Tyson and controlled the center of the ring. One dude is landing combos, snapping his opponent's head back while the other guy is trying to grab behind the head and punch, tie up, and throwing singles.
The judges were actually extremely fair to Tyson. More than they should have been. And no, the judges didn't whitewash it for Usyk after Round 5 (even though that's basically how the fight went). One judge gave Tyson the 10th and one judge gave Tyson the 12th. He won neither round if you watch closely.
Why do British heavyweights like AJ and Fury have to constantly be coddled and the British public gaslit into thinking they've been hard done after fighting Usyk? Usyk is just better! No shame in that!

I had it 10-2, but that was being generous to Fury in round 9. Round 5 was the only clear Fury round.

People having a financial interest in a Fury win and UK media who probably have a business relationship with Queensberry are literally the only ones arguing about the decision.
Fury only outlanded Usyk in 1 round. Come on guys

I thought it was a very competitive fight, but with a clear winner. 8-4, 7-5 it doesn’t matter. The right man won both times. Just remember Fury was definitely saved by the ref in the first fight. You cannot make a case for Fury or Joshua to have won either fight.. Moses is the only one talking any sense here.

A close fight can easily be won by 4 rounds, judges dont judge the fight as a whole, it's individual rounds, forever crying are the Fury team

According to Simon Jordan every single heavyweight boxer is an “also ran” because no one’s beating Usyk.
Stupid thing to say really. Usyk could retire or drop to cruiser and either fury or AJ could easily pick up a belt again

There is a difference I think between close and competitive. Both fights were competitive thought Uysk won them both pretty clearly . Fury boxed well in both fights and had is moments , but Uysk said he wouldn’t leave him alone he wasn’t lying even in the rounds fury was in control of particularly in that first fight rounds 4 through 7 Uysk made him work , he was never able to to tie him up and lean on him like he does with other opponents and I think that was key.
The second fight i would say it took Uysk a few rounds to kind of have a look a see what fury was doing and from round six onwards he just pulled away and in the end it wasn’t particularly close had Uysk by three . Interestingly when I first saw it I had Uysk by a couple but when you watch it again particularly with the audio off you can see a lot of fury’s shots hit the gloves and elbows that’s why his connection rate was relatively low in comparison to shots thrown .
The last the last couple he was kind of hanging on constantly clinching and leaning , I don’t think fury is done i thought he fought very well in spots in both fights just beaten by a better opponent. You kind of get the feeling Uysk has figured fury out , fury is a huge man with good skills and a good boxing brain he’s always going to be a difficult out for anyone even if he isn’t quite the fighter he was .
But can we stop with the it was a draw , fury won robbery bullshit he was competitive I don’t think anyone is going to deny that but come on

interesting - judges were wrong to give the last 6 rounds to Usyk. But otoh, they don't want to acknowledge the AI stats, that were even more in Usyk's favour. So how many judges do we need? Or what kind of technology? Is there ever a point where u guys will be satisfied? Maybe all UK judges?

Fury did similar to how AJ did against Usyk, Id say AJs second fight was the best out of all 4 of the fights, to argue Furys fights were a lot closer than AJ is blasphemy

  • @lewisbeaton7839

I believe Fury has took more stick than AJ unfortunately thats the world we live in we rarely give anyone praise. Both been great fighters and had memorable nights. Fury had 2 close fights with Usyk and I certainly thought AJs second fight with usyk was closeish but who really cares a loss is a loss.

@sobski you're missing the fact that you'd also have to take 2 rounds away from Usyk. So Usyk won by 4 rounds but if you're going to hypothetically give 2 of them to Tyson, that would make it a draw because you're also taking two of the rounds Usyk won away from him.....I don't want to sound like a dick but the easiest way to explain it is to say that if Usyk has 4 apples and Fury has none, you'd only have to give Fury 2 of Usyk's apples for them to have the same amount.

The guy saying it was closer between fury and Usyk, it was more nip and tuck but he had to he reminded that fury was out on his feet 🦶 other first fight, not once was AJ being held up by the ropes in the manner fury was, I’m not sure why a month on from the fight the media are still going on about the scorecard, it’s history, done ! It wasn’t controversial, the right man had his hand raised both times, there’s so much more to talk about they than rolling out the same subjects over and over
