Nutella rolls RECIPE.
100 ml warm milk.
25g sugar.
3 g dry yeast.
Mix everything well.
1/2 beaten chicken egg.
Mix everything together.
Sift 200 g flour.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Knead the dough with a spatula.
Place the dough on the table.
Add 20g softened butter.
Knead the dough with your hands.
Form the dough into a ball.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough with cling film.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 30 minutes.
The dough turned out well.
Place the dough on the table.
Divide the dough into 6 parts.
Form each piece of dough into a ball.
Cover the dough balls with cling film.
Leave the dough on the work surface for 10 minutes.
Roll out the dough ball with a rolling pin.
Fold the dough.
Seal the edges of the dough.
Do the same with the remaining dough.
Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Cover the rolls with a kitchen towel.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Flour mixture:
40g flour.
1/2 tablespoon sugar (10 g).
1 teaspoon black sesame seeds.
40 ml water.
Mix everything well.
Place flour mixture in a plastic bag.
The rolls worked well.
Brush the rolls with the remaining chicken egg.
Decorate the rolls with the flour mixture.
Bake the rolls in the oven preheated to 190°C for 10-15 minutes.
Spread hot rolls with butter.
Let the rolls cool slightly.
Make a hole in the buns.
Fill the buns with chocolate cream.
The rolls are great!
