Supercharged alchohol injected engines are always fat when cold, when the motor warms up it will lean out. The smoke from engine is blue not black. that means its oil not fuel! Lots of RACE engine builders do not run valve guide seals so they will also smoke alittle until thay warm up.

SBC parts are cheaper by 20-40 % sometimes more than that . plus small blocks make high r's and lots of hp. its a top end car im guessin
