Yes the anger u feel twrds these evil ppl then at yourself for believing in their lies and then seeing how good they r at manipulating ppl, including family, you can't change these monsters so all you can do is work on yourself and move on, God will take care of the rest,

Revenge is better than Christmas, I like to say, and that revenge is living well, experiencing the glow up, and being too busy to give the narc much thought. We learn, grow, evolve. How inestimably sad that the narcissist can’t. As the losses mount, wall upon wall goes up… Really, those walls don’t protect the narc…they prevent him or her…of leaving them.

Can you explain the narcissist's audactity? Many times I said he used me and he ofc never admited. And he said: If I used you, I would be like: "Yeah, I used you and now f*ck off".
Because they are not human like we are. In short, they are hollow, fabricated, welded pieces of metal, that operates only by the endless cycle of their timing belt repetition moving the tiny cogs inside them. They are machines, not people.

Because he is a recovering narc who speaks the truth. This guy actually wanted to change and stop hurting others. Most narcs don't and truly don't care.
I disagree with you. He is a recovering narcissist. He's telling you the way it really is. You just need to heal . This guy is spot on. His videos are helping me heal so much because he's real. They love what you do for them. They miss what you did for them. Their emotional maturity is at most at the level of a 5-12 year old. They’re stunted and it’s never because they genuinely loved their partner. They hoover to see if their partner can be fooled into coming back. It gives them power and control. And each time you accept them back, they show less and less respect because they think if you’re that dumb to allow them back in your life, whatever they do is on you. The only way they can possibly learn to love is through extensive psychotherapy. And even then, they don’t love like empathic people do. They can’t.

I disagree with you. Ben speaks facts and he doesn't candy coat the truth. It just hurts but eventually radical acceptance can happen. You can't change them so don't waste your time or energy on them any longer. They are still hurting you even if you think about them when you have left. I guarantee they are not thinking about you one ounce. Rather they are just looking for their next supply or suppliers. My guy had multiple in the wings. I have moved on and focusing on myself. That is where good things will come and energy is well spent. They will die alone and with that big void that they can never fill with anyone or anything. That should be karma enough.
