Incredible instructions ! This method is so much easier than the way I was taught. Also realized I had an "auto tie-off" setting. WooHoo Thanks Corey

Love your teaching method. Super easy to understand. But ya switched machines on me. 🤪 I have a Gammill Statler. I’ve watched several of your Gammill videos. Helps a lot to have them to review. Truly appreciate you taking the time to put these tutorials up for us. You guys rock. Have a terrific week. ☺️

I need to mask some embroidery for an upcoming project and this was so helpful. I assume that if I’m stitching a pantograph across the whole quilt top but want to mask some elements on the top I don’t need to do the Boundary step. Right? Can you tell me at what point in setting up my E2E I would apply the mask? Would I do it after I’ve already created the E2E? Love your tutorials!

Hi Kim! You are correct! If you are masking away certain elements during an all over E2E would skip the boundary step:)
If you want to mask during an E2E, I would set up the E2E like normal. If the element that you want to mask is within your quilting space then complete the following steps: Step 1. Click Mask Step 2. Click Create Region
Step 3. Using the right handle button on your machine head, click points around the area you want to mask. Step 4. Click Complete Region. Step 5. Click the region (Click on the bold red line that is around the perimeter of the region). Step 6. Click the e2e row behind.
Step 7. Choose Mask Inside and make sure continuous sew is checked.
      Step 8. Click Accept .

In an edge to edge, used mask to block out an area within the design. Was able to use continuous sew and created a box that I stitched some text. But somehow there was a line with purple dot that I could not seem to delete. Clicked on it and selected delete, it deleted the e2e section too. It stitched that straight line within the e2e. How the heck can I edit that out?

But this leaves a lot of start and stop points?

Correct! Some patterns don’t work well with continuous sew mask, so you can use this to help:)
