  • To maintain optimal gut health, we need to improve the diversity of our gut microbiome. In order to do that, we have to include a wide variety of plants in our diet. What better way to do that than with this amazingly delicious overnight oats. It’s high in fiber, protein, probiotics, and antioxidants. Watch the video and play it again so we can do it together.
    Ingredients
    1.5 cups organic rolled oats
    3 tbsp assorted dried fruit
    2 tbsp each - chia, hemp, sunflower, and ground flax seeds
    1.5 cups nondairy milk
    1 cup plantbased yogurt
    2 tbsp coconut cream
    Nuts and fruit toppings as desired
