October - December is the time a lot of people get distracted, depressed, and anxiety. People just want the year to be over with, and feel let down if they didn't achieved their yearly goals. January people tend to be positive again, cause it's a fresh year. You'll?

Wow, so on time. This made me cry. I literally went back to my old ways the past two weeks, drinking, smoking, sex, etc. I've been so stressed with school and my program, I didn't realize I was running from my problems. This is a wake up call for me, and it makes me feel comforted knowing I'm not the only one who struggles like that in this walk. Its so hard sometimes because we do deal with evil, and it makes following the ways of Christ difficult. Nevertheless, his strength is made perfect in our weaknesses and all things are possible with Christ. I was feeling like i disqualified myself, but this reassured me i didnt. I appreciate you making this video, and i will pray for your strength and self-control to increase, as well as my own. God bless

In a season, where I’ve had to remove all distractions, to find myself back to Christ even more, it’s crazy, how you can be doing so well, and feel so close to him, but within a blink of an eye, the enemy always tries!
Currently in this season I got too comfortable it’s like when you’re fasting and really living in the spirit you think you have it under control, so it’s like “ oh I can tell my flesh no whenever “ but your flesh literally has to die daily bc once you start feeding it more it gets harder to kill , but that’s why we do it through Gods strength not our own. Felt this thanks for sharing.

I just sat down to think about how distracted I've been and God just directed me to this video. It resonates with me so much. Distractions mostly starts when you feel lonely or some type of emptiness. You start to look for other things to fill the gap, you look everywhere but God and if you’re sensitive, you will feel the promptings of the HolySpirit. This is where I am. It’s confused state. it's CRAZY that God put this verse on your heart. I'm in Divinity School atm and had to write a sermon manuscript on Nov. 2nd to deliver on Nov. 30th. I kept asking God what I should say and God put this scripture on my heart. I thought it was odd but to finally get to the week of the sermon delivery and hear this type of confirmation from another person is amazing. God knew what people would need to hear this week. Yes a point in my life I was distracted around October and I’m like why am I doing these things that doesn’t benefit me in any way. I’m glad God gives us the ability to recognize what’s right and allows us to redirect on the path he has for us

Spot on. Everytime I get into my own world, Meditating, laughing, moving the energy through my body through exercise, getting out in nature and off of social media I feel AMAZING. Sooooo many distractions and I notice it more because I feel so much closer to the things I am manifesting into my life. So many things that look good on the surface but really are just pulling my attention away from the bigger goals, the master plan. I have been feeling extra irritated by people, not much sleep, even slacking on my foods i'm consuming, regardless of me on a plant based diet. I recently went back to work and have been surrounded by great people, but they are also distracted and I fell into the same loop. Eating out more and spending more time on my phone like everyone else. But the fact that I am even aware shows that I am ready to take that leap. so i'm jumping. Jumping back into my world. A period of hibernation, realign and refocus. Your videos always come around with divine timing, thank you for sharing your journey with us. Much love sent to you.

I just finished listening to your “dear lust” video. Now this one. I had to stop half way through the video to say I am appreciative that we have people like you to not shame what we go through as humans such as lust & distractions. But talk about it with intent on emphasizing growth from it. This video was so calming. This past 3 years for me a lot has changed my diet, my mental health/ knowledge on mental health and my lifestyle. I have to sit back and be thankful to God for all he has brought me through. I always tell everybody I was born and raised in a church, but i truly started developing my relationship with God when I was 18 years old, it was the beginning of 2020. I had just took a mental health leave of absence from college the first week of March, on top of that I start therapy the month before and that’s when the journey begin. It was an incredible time and 360 for me. Thank you again for speaking on these topics with grace and not shame I pray, were all
able to have more of these type of conversations in this world.

I can relate to distractions as well as the coping mechanisms that follow. I had to come to a place of vulnerability, in asking God to heal me, and deliver me. I know that there is greatness in me, that’s why the enemy keeps trying so hard. He tried it with all of us. However, I will say that healing is much needed. And God can’t heal what we don’t reveal. By the way I love the transparency in this video, and being able to relate.

I know exactly what you are going through; same for me. “God wants a yes” and I’ve been thinking on that. Denying the flesh is hard but I had to block and delete contacts because I knew keeping them around would be detrimental to my spiritual walk. You are definitely speaking the truth! I've been feeling the same way. Accepting and feeling worthy of God's grace and love is hard when you've experienced a lot of trauma. I guess learning to trust and find comfort in God is a process because we're used to worldly comforts and trust.
