Civic Type R All Season Tires | Will it fit?!?

I had to make this video! There's so much debate what size tires will fit on the stock Civic Type R rims. 245/35 or 255/35?!? Will it fit? What issues are there? Why is everywhere telling you not to go with bigger tires?
