Insurance wouldn’t write me a policy on a $500k condo in Miami earlier this year. Not sure what you would do with this place

This was a great video. If you don’t want to become a real estate agent, you should consider offering this kind of service to other real estate agents that specialize in high-end homes. I don’t know whether I ever mentioned it, but I was sitting in one of the waiting rooms at the Mayo Clinic, watching one of your videos, and your dad was sitting right next to me. We struck up a wonderful conversation, and then they called for your mother to go in the back.
Great house, good presentation, owner seems very honest, very skilled and highly committed to this project.

give me the the warmth of the old world charm any day... this feels more like office spaces. I would never feel at home here.
I really like the attention and thought that went into the details an example is the linear vents , the hidden cable box, the water collection for the plants and the temperature controller, RV space, the brain , the windows etc......i could go on and on.....only drawback was no wellness space....

Andrew, nice to see something new and different on your channel. This is really a beautiful custom home. It’s a shame that the builder compromised with a low end production home lighting and automation system from Control 4 instead of Crestron or Savant that would be typical of a $5 million plus home.
Control4 is a bulletproof system cost just as much as savant or Creston there were no corners cut in this house

Yeah, Ive commented before on stuff like this, and I know there are people that love this look, but it's just a cold feeling to me, warmest part of the house is outside.
Seems like that 80's/90's residential compound look is making a come back, with Art Deco I've noticed, and, nah, it had it's shot like the Va'Lauren walls, or carpet hallways all around, corduroy patio furniture, and now concrete stuff is here so, maybe carpeted Wall will be next.
I like woods ans cozy warmth, like beach house meets Lake Tahoe Cabin.
Too clean, too much concrete, and echoes like this I think asylum/office/stuck in that mid 80's early 90's look.
Miami Drug Lord this house has down.
No offense, he seems like a really cool guy. I just wonder what the place would have looked like had there been an introduction of natural wood like oak or maple with a rich dark dutch or mesa stain. Would have killed that eacho and given some warmth to the place.
