One of the ways to keep them at bay, is to either use Rubberized Mulch or Shredded Ciprus Mulch! My dad was a Lawn Technition for nearly 40 years! BTW, the Pameto Bugs fly , because they have wings! It was prob that redesigned theatre! If you look at the before/after photos (they did some slight remodeling) you can see all that they changed before attempting to re-sell it. Those glass barriers around the property & pool aren’t cheap either. Plus, 9 months after you posted your comment, the price is down to $16.9million (still about $1-$2million overpriced if you ask me, compared to comparable homes).
