My guess is that kitchen is outfitted with Gaggenau appliances or the equivalent and the glass doors are probably Fleetwood motorized doors that recede into the walls. wow my parents sold a similar home, one story mid century modern with swimming pool and dock in Miami circa 1969 for 48 thousand and now this same size lot but of course larger square footage and more luxurious finishing is 48 million. incredible.
oh great, my view is of a noisy industrial site with cranes, a cargo port plus the occasional Alligator... mmmmm yummy. Puts 48 million back into pocket and decides to gamble it on a 3 legged horse with cateracts carrying an overweight jockey who's just eaten a bacon double cheeseburger and fries.
The Key's would give you what you're looking for at 48 million dollars, however most people in this price range want to live 5 minutes from the best shopping, dining, airports etc etc etc....
great overpriced house - terrible "view" of the 24/7 busy and very noisy freeway and 10 ugly cruise ships with polluting smokestacks. 160 days on the market for a reason - overpriced/terrible noisy view/crooked Russians can`t buy in US 😢😢
