I have a 48v 2013 club car carry all. It has developed an issue(s). As I accelerate, it will cut off. After about 20 seconds it will go again, but for only 10-20 feet. The longer it sets, the farther it will go, but not much farther. It doesn't seem to charge. The pack voltage is 47.95 Is the OBC the cause? Thanks for your assistance.
@@dennisschneible8298 sorry I didn't get answer or fix. I worked for a small college doing there mechanic work. They ended up sending off to local golf cart repair shop who has a diagnostic computer
I’m having a similar issue. Cart will go for a few feet and then stop. The solenoid stops clicking. I replaced the solenoid and same result. Batteries are holding 50.8 pack volts. Switches tested good also. I’m not getting a back up buzzer even when the cart goes in reverse for a few feet. I’m clueless at this point
My club car 48 volt will not shut off the computer Chargers the batteries hand goes to zero but the charger will not shut off it just sits there and it seems to be boiling the water away are you trying another fellows charger on my golf car and it worked fine Jerry them up and it shut off what this is what's wrong with my charger
wow i would do away with that i bought a high dollar automatic charger to keep battery maintained an i took this off dont need it..this is something just to get more money out of people all it is
Why does the cable run through the OBC? I’m putting heavily gage cables, and need to cut the last negative to the OBC to increase gage.
