Bandai I need to come clean. Stop including characters without transformations or missing transformations. This is a lazy cash grab on your part and we are all sick of it. I love xenoverse and will continue to advocate for it but here is something we all hate.
-Android 21 doesn't transform
-Bojack doesn't transform
-Android 13 doesn't transform
-Harudagarn isn't in the game even though Tapion mentions him
-Trunks doesn't have Ssj rage on a playable preset even though it is clearly in a parallel quest with an animation and aura
-Jiren doesn't transform
-Whis Gi Goku and Vegeta don't have super saiyan even though they do in parallel quests.
People only like these characters for there transformations. Do not give us characters in base form and then incorrectly give us moves they use after they transform! Android 21 is supposed to be a normal human until she transforms! This doesn't make any sense!! Now I am very happy we got end of Z Goku and Uub as well as Majuub but this laziness is killing this games community. You gotta stop click baiting us and then not meeting our expectations. The execution of everything but Android 21 in this pack was perfect but I still felt like something needed to be said. Stop half assing the work we give you millions of dollars for! That being said, thank you for all your hard work on the rest of this update.

Well they just reveal base Gogeta as dlc, which for some weird reason having a moveset from his blue form, but his blue form who already in this game doesn't use that moves. I swear this game dlc is backwards

Please buff and improve the ally AI system, to where they are at least equal to the opponent AI's! Gotenks also needs a rework as well!
The A.I. on the ally side is equal, they just constantly revive you and don't think about enemies.

Don't get me wrong here, I just want to give my opinion on why I think DBXv2's dlc are bad, and why modding the game is just better at this point.
So yeah. You're able to sell us 2 new characters, only one with a good moveset (In my opinion but that's not important), not even a transformation or anything which wouldn't be hard to add especialy for C-21 with her majin form. You add 8 new techniques and super soul which are not bad, ok fair enough. 5 new costumes and accessory, why not, it's always good to have more to collect. And 5 paralell quests because that will be how we'll unlock the dlc items. But with all the updates that you did, with all the dlc that you're selling, right now with the vanilla game you still can't :
-Have more new hairstyles
-You can't have more new transformations (I can't understand they can't add the Legendary Super Saiyan of Broly, but don't go and tell me that Super Saiyan 4 would be too hard to add, don't tell me that you can't do custom hairstyles when you transform depending on your character's base hairstyle, and don't even get me going on about the Majin's transformation. I mean seriously... Kid Buu ? As a transformation ? You're joking. Fix this.)
-Also the moveset of your character depends of their race and gender, you can't even choose one properly.
-Your paralell quests sucks. It's the same thing over and over again since the game is out. I don't know if it would be hard to do something about it I'm not a dev, but at least try something new, and I mean really new, like a new kind of boss battle. No more giant monkey, no more strong characters with ugly dark aura who wastes your time, something new, anything.
Now, tell me : Why would I spend money for this, when all I can do is download mods that do better things than this brand new dlc ? Why would I spend money for this, instead of supporting a good mod creator on patreon or something ? There is actually a mod that adds C-21 with her majin form which is very good. For. Free.
Seriously I don't see the point anymore in buying DBXv2's dlc, I can add the mods I want for any movesets I want, I can add new hairstyles for my character, I can add new characters to the game, I can add new skills, I can add new transformations... All of this because there's people who works to create this mods and who kindly gives them to us. For. Free. And I 100% prefer to support these people, than to buy these dlc.
Even if you don't agree with me on the fact that modding DBXv2 is better than buying the official dlc, I think you will at least agree on the fact that the dlc could add so much more to the game. And even if it's not the dlc who could add more content to the game, simple weekly or monthly updates would.

For real though. Does anyone even know how much it costs for all the DLC plus the base game at this point? I imagine it's upwards of $120 by now, though I don't know how much all of this DLC has been, I'm just assuming all the character ones have been $10-$15, and any other random extra stuff was $5 or so.

Unfortunately the only good thing about this dlc are the super souls we just have to wait and see they may suck as well.
Uub: mediocre combos, low damage abilities. (plus side some of them are fancy which is nice)
Android 21: Not majin form, pathetically low damage abilites, poorly made combos that feel similar to one another, seriously turning people into candy is her throw?! So not only does it do low damage but it's not even accessible to male and female majin cacs. (only very few actually do something else than finish with a knock away)
Story: it's ok.
2 clothes (+2 if you count golden variations which you shouldn't)
Personally I feel like it's way too overpriced for what you actually get
Free content:
Dual raid battles are the same thing as normal raids, you need to grind demon realm crystals in order to play and have fun
Clothes: ok I guess, they are kinda interesting. Especially the universe 6 and 7 shirts (I hope accessories are good)
Raid bosses: same as all raid bosses. It's really just there as an excuse for adding sensless content.
Picture mode: Come on, who has used it more than 3-4 times to actually take pictures in all seriousness.
Hero Colosseum: Nobody cares, if I wanted something like this for a game I would play dragon ball heroes.
Should you buy Ultra Pack 2?
For now keep your money and see if the souls and items are good. (Also if you care about the story)
The answer is yes depending on your own preferences.
If even super souls and items fall short then the answer is absolutely NO.
In my personal opinion this is one of the worst cash grab dlcs bandai has released. (And I adore both of these characters)
