Recently got the Duken T60 from Sirui's Indiegogo campaign. It's a retractable RGB tube light and has a color picker, amongst all other usual features and effects.
@@WeddingFilmSchool I've had it for over a week now and it's pretty decent. It doesn't react to music though, but I've seen it work with some RUclipsrs so I need to play around with it some more. One thing I wish it had was a green magenta shift but for the price it has a ton of features.
@@WeddingFilmSchool It's one of the built-in fx and I saw a RUclipsr use it for a music video with 2 girls dancing. I think the music has to be loud though, since I only tried it while singing karaoke at home - the music was from the TV on a wall and my baby was sleeping upstairs so I couldn't fire it up haha One thing I noticed though is you can't choose which colors it will cycle through, unless they update the app in the future
I’ve been using the Quasar Q-Lion lights in my kit in a similar way. The small one is great for details and the 2ft one worked great in the corner of a cramped dance floor.
