Id also lime to product change(cash rewards to amex more rewards), would it be better to do that first, in hope they raise the limit at the same time?
How does the navy federal flagship compare to the American Express gold or silver?? I kinda dont think the points was worth it compared to other cards. What is your experience?

Yes, to show the credit bureas that you're carrying a $0 balance. IF you're going to use your credit even after the statement date, pay it off before the due date!
No, it does not help. It negatively impacts your credit scores as if your credit accounts are left dormant. You have to have some activity showing on your credit reports. I usually leave a balance fluctuating between $3 and $10 every month.
QUESTION: I have a 10k loan that the contract states $200 bi-weekly repayment and I have been paying such like clockwork via allotment. However My credit report states $200 MONTLY payment. Is this something I can dispute to to have the loan void? I mean it is my loan and I have a great relationship with this lender. Thanks!
