I have now been to Japan twice and got me hooked on ramen. Just returned and counted I had it 18 times including Kaedama. Tsukemen is my favourite although I fell in love with Cold Soba this time round. It’s not as good here in England - where only London has specialist ramen shops and a bowl plus sides is twice as expensive compared to Tokyo.
There is lot of delicious foods /cuisine out there other then curry. I glad I was born in a country where I can easily enjoy my local food and many country like Japan, South korea, Taiwan, America, china and Thailand cuisine easily. You should try nonya curry and singapore/Thailand curry. It nice too.
