Oh, you use biphasic sleep to get stuff done during the day after a night shift, that’s a good idea. Just make sure you’re getting enough overall sleep to stay healthy - good sleep is incredibly important for your health!

平常若沒工作在家時，少戴隱形眼鏡。長時間配戴隱形眼鏡容易造成眼睛容易缺氧而造成眼睛疲勞，眼睛一疲勞就容易想睡覺，若長時間配戴時建議4個小時取下，休息個10分鐘後再戴上，以免日子久了造成眼睛血管增生，這會對以後你想做雷射手術改善視力時會產生不良的影響。另外，眼睛長期處於缺氧狀態時，會耗損且減少眼睛的再生細胞（再生細胞為一固定的數目，只會愈用愈少，不會新陳代謝重新再生。）

I used to be able to sleep 3-4 hours and be fine. Not anymore. I need 10 hours lmao

The weather here is also absolutely inconsistent 😂 I usually feel I wear 3 outfits in the day which is why I just focus on layers. It's freezing in the morning, hot in the day, and then cool in the evening. Occasionally we have four seasons in one day 😂.
My favorite sport is Basketball 🏀 and my favorite team is the Denver nuggets of course.

I am German but live in Spain 🇪🇸, I lived in Japan for 1,5 years and visited many times, I think 22 times , I have done my black belt in judo in Japan, I stayed in kawagoe, saitama prefecture close to Tokyo, my favourite food is ramen and gyoza 😅 I still practice judo in Spain ,let’s stay in touch 👍
