Ford is being ridiculous for getting rid of the Fusion. It's a great car and a lot of consumers love them.
For real... I love my fusion
I agree
Cory M agreed.
Late to the game, but I agree. We leased a 2017 Fusion SE w/luxury package (1.5, FWD). It's a beautiful / sharp car, in and out. We had our hearts set on a Fusion Sport when the lease was up - something to keep the great aesthetics but add AWD and some pep. Unfortunately, we missed that boat. I hope this SUV thing runs its cycle and cars come back around before long.
EV's are coming and will probably replace 80% new car sales in 3-5 years. In ten years, nearly 100% will be EV's. The ONLY area that Ford THINKS it can hold on is F150's. They are probably wrong about that. The Fusion was the slowest and lowest in their herd. First to get cut. Drive a model 3 and you will understand.
My opinion this is the best car on the market. I ON A REGULAR BASIS BLOW ANY "LUXURY" CAR ON THE ROAD. its smooth as a Shakespearean sonnet. She rides like a bad ass queen of the underworld turned believer.
I've had my fusion for a year now love it! I have a 2017 Titanium it's beautiful inside and out!
Have a 2017 Fusion Platinum. Purchased new. Best car I have ever owned. Problem free.
MSRP was $41,300. I don’t know what the sales numbers were for the Platinum.
A Lincoln MKZ with a Ford badge.
Has AWD, park assist, adaptable cruise control, real walnut trim, leather with stitching everywhere. Have trouble believing that a car so loaded with technology can be so problem free.
My favorite part. The Sync 3 system. Everything works perfectly. Worth buying for the Sync 3 alone.
This is the best Ford fusion review I’ve ever watched.
Great job👍🏼
I rented one while my car was in the shop. I didn't think that I would like a Ford sedan. I didn't on the 1st day but by the time that I turned it in I really loved that car. The moment that Ford developed a very good car they decided to axe it. Smh.
I recently bought a 2018 fusion titanium AWD and love it!
That was a cool video man. I bought my 2019 Fusion SE about 2 weeks ago...I love it.
Jason Deal that’s awesome man - congrats!
Best car ever. Love my 2015 Fusion SE Hybrid.
I got a 2020
Just got a 2019 and I love it ❤️❤️💞💞
What's difference between se and sel? And is sel worth it?
I just got a 2020 Fusion SE and I love it truly worth it
I have a 2019 sel and I’m really glad that it has a lot of safety features, blind spot, lane keeping and forward collision. I had gotten a 2018 titanium that didn’t have any safety features so I took it back and got the sel.
Just copped this for lyft! Awesome upload bro!
Just bought 2019 and I love ❤️ it🚘
Great review. Thank you I pick mine up Tomorrow
Just got mines today I’m in love with my car
I just got a 2019 Fusion SEL Hybrid for my birthday, it's been 4 days, but so far I love it, already drove it 7 hours
How are the leather seats?
I also have a 2019 Fusion SEL Hybrid and its soooo nice 👍🏻
Wife and I are buying one tomorrow. First new car of our marriage (3 years).
A Ford Fusion Rental brought me here..Thank you for sharing the video..It's was nicely done. very informative.I,like the car.
I traded in my taurus SHO for a 2019 Fusion SEL. Big difference in power but as you said the SEL is loaded. I'm not a fan of the engine noise when taking off though. Almost sounds like the engine struggles in the first 2-3 gears. Very beautiful looking car.
I just bought the 2019 fusion sel I love it.
Anthony Jordan me too
@@veec2977 congratulations!!
I’m selling my 2014 to get a 2019
Whats the mpg for the car?
This is literally my exact car! I have the sel same seats, everything! Love my car. Bought it in 2020 for a steal of a price!
Really nice car I'm getting it in October
I’ve had 2 fusions, 2014, 2016 and just purchased my 3rd 2020. And since this is possibly the last year they’re being made I just had to get one. It a great car! I’m sorry to see that Ford threw the axe to it.
how was the 2014? thinking about buying one with 105k miles. any thoughts?
Looking at a 2020 Fusion at the moment. Reviews like yours have been helping me with the choice a lot. Great video!
I have the exact same car minus the sunroof, I’ve owned this car for almost a year and super happy with, this is my first ever Ford product, has many more features than my 2016 Mercedes C300 I used to have. I’ll keep this one for a while.
TBH, Never been a Fusion fan but have to say I'm kinda diggn' that one! Although it would be nice to see you test drive the "Sport" version! Question; where do you see the sedan market in 5 yrs?
I’d love to get my hands on a Fusion Sport! I’m sure there will still be a sedan market in 5 years, but the American car companies probably won’t be playing in it.
I just probably bought the last brand new 2020 fusion 4d Sedan Titanium AWD. I'm not letting this go for a while.
I have a 2016 SE but would love a 2020 Fusion
Are there issues with the 1.5 ecoboost engines on the ford fusion sel 2019 and 2020?
Awesome car , great seats , smooth ride & ton safety feature . Only thing that sucks USB port gives me problems smh . Bluetooth work perfectly so it’s cool lol , i prefer car play though because you use google

Not that long! My father is renting an 2019 Ford Fusion sel for a few days.. parked next to my 2019 vw golf r .. the thing is huge lol..but a good looking car I will say.
As of January 2020, Ford is trying hard to move their leftover 2019 models. They are no as low as $15,000 for new 2019 models.
Are they still this low of price? And in all locations?
I just got a 2019 Hybrid SEL for 18,000
I've seen 2019 barely used fusions for a little over 20k with under 1000km
Got a 2019 Hybrid Titanium for 16k, 34,000 miles
Is it a quiet drive on the highway. My rental was LOUD & Sounded like the tire was going to fall off & the rental agent became VERY Rude bcz i wanted to exchange it. Hell i was MORE upset than he was bcz of having to exchange it.
Yes.If I do not shift/use paddles the right way , there is that 2 second delay. However,I use the shifters all of the time;alot.I shift as if using a MANUAL TRANSMISSION i.e. a "stick-shift" .
I use paddles--- trans&engine to slow down;saves and
easier on brakes and I have more control of car.
I watch the tach, speedometer, using my "ears" (sound) to shift.
In sport. . . . I let the sport mode do its thing--go thru the gears w/out paddles.I use paddles a lot to downshift. When coming to dead stop, I found that if I push sport mode button off then on again,I do not have to use paddles.Trans shifts smoothly and nicely;no need for paddles.
If I do not turn sport off then on again,I must shift using paddles or trans will over-rev .Paddle shifting is needed.Trans will stay in first gear unless shift or turn sport mode off. I shift trans with paddles, shifting with the speed&tach&sound in sync.I skip gears if needed AS I would driving a manual 18 speed Fuller Road--- Ranger transmission or 4-speed, shifting with sound of engine;finding the "sweet spot "
Bottom line, works for me very nicely!
In snow, tires will slip&slide.I will click paddles twice, starting in second gear or third whatever I need for tires & trans to grab.No problem.
I WOULD NOT BUY A CAR WITHOUT THOSE SHIFT PADDLES !!!
I still have my 2003 Ford Focus ZTS. If it finally dies I hope Ford changed their minds and by then and continue their sedans (not a mustang).
Hi sir
Where is the location of frame vin number (stamped vin number) on this car
What's the difference between the 2019 Ford fusion hybrid se and sel??
I thought Ford discontinued the Fiesta last May
Gonna buy 2013 se energi tomorrow
I have a 2013..would love to get in a newer model
Just update the radio display to the Tesla version. Search on Google for: "ford fusion Tesla radio"
I dont get it, my 2020 fusion SEL doesn't have the moonroof or fog lamps, but some SE models do have them, and this guys SEL has them. Has Ford trimmed down their fusions up to the last year or something?
Yes, and they also cut down on the sound insulation under the hood and in the rear back doors for 2019/20
My 2011 Fusion has been the BEST car I ever owned. 200k trouble free miles on it. Has been our everyday family car since new. No matter what the task is...going to work, road trip, its always ready to roll. I would definitely buy another one without a second thought. Kinda sad they wont be making new ones why my 2011 finally gives out. But by the looks of things my 2011 still has LOTS of life left in it. Im going to replace the shocks-struts and go another 100k.
BTW...ive always driven GM vehicles and my Fusion was the first Ford I ever owned. I will NEVER go back to GM or any other brand after the excellent service my Ford has given me! I used to be the guy telling all the Ford jokes....Fix or repair daily.....all that crap. But the joke was on me always making excuses why my GM cars were in the shop every 6 months. Ford has made me a life customer
Where's the coolant temp sensor location
Why are the tail light half lit?
Big Z ツ only the Titanium has full lit tail lights
I love my Taurus SHO.
Nice! How's the space and gas mileage,?
My 2019 fusion sel came with the 1.5 turbo ego boost
I love mines 🥰
🇺🇸‘LOVE this CAR! 🇺🇸
An AMERICAN PRIDE,RIDE!
Puts my recent Asian Purchases,to shame!
And for good reasons. For me it’s the best thing that came outta 2019. Bought this early 2021, with tiny mileage, due to car showroom shutdowns, this same model and package featured, but in a simply beautiful, luminous pearlescent option! It may be the best domestic vehicle, I’d have had in a very long time! The presenter of this video did not mention one of the most impressive, I thought ,performance and safety attributes of this Fusion that one would expect in a-much more expensive European-type touring, ect. vehicles is how well she loves to hug the curves! Coming off a clover leaf on a highway on wet night, I’m far more secure because “Pearl” grips, going round that turn like crouching tiger! No sensation of a possible pre-skid, slight leaving of road control, like I’ve noticed with so many cars. No, the grip and suspension seem to adjust, adapt to what is often an instability, making that a safety point . Never mind the bells and whistles, THIS could save your life. Of course it doesn’t give drivers a hi-speed, maniac license, but it makes the Fusion ‘19 a safe, fun, and considering the techy, elegant, and comfortable family transport sedan
Though options to buy such are now in the limited range. Ford don’t get rid of sedans in general, you’ll regret it! My Fusion Selenium is an attractive, rewarding and sensible purchase. I am God willing, looking forward to owning this Fusion, for a long journeyed relationship together.
(Oh BTW, SECURED! Don’t EVEN consider it)
I almost bought a new 2017 Fusion Titanium AWD but didn't because it didn't have a v6 option so I bought a 2016 Lincoln MKZ AWD 3.7L V6 with 28,500 miles on it today it has 30,100 ish. When I was looking the car had to have ALL LED LIGHTS inside and out and as much tech I could afford at the time not going over $25k I do LOVE the Fusion shifter. My naturally aspirated 300HP and 274TQ is enough power for me the car actually cut power on me once because I hit a corner to fast for the cars liking
I thought they were canceling the Fusion after ‘19?
This 2019 not 20 I'm waiting 2020 one
They have 2020 Fusions at the Ford dealer by me in NJ
I rented a fusion several years ago. I was impressed. Then I rented the 2019 version. The old girl has put on quite a bit of weight. It feels more like a Ford Taurus than the nimble midsize I remember. It came with an impressive amount of creature comforts but the layout was not intuitive. The digital information screen is in the left corner of the display forcing you to take your eyes off the road to view it. The analog speedometer was also hard to read. Sync 3 was inexplicably sluggish. I own a Focus with Sync 3 and while the connection to my phone disconnects frequently when it's connected it works fairly flawlessly. In the Fusion, my music player would hang for an undeterminable amount of time. The seats were quite comfortable with plenty of lumbar support. As far as the ride was concerned it was softer than I remember. The ride was floaty and the car understeered in the curves. I did not feel comfortable at all pushing this vehicle to its limits. It's also a thirsty beast. I averaged around 24 mpg during mostly highway miles in cruise control. I'm one of the few sedan lovers left but I have to say that even if Ford had decided to continue making this vehicle I would not consider the Fusion.
Just bought the 2020 Titanium AWD. Such a shame ford decided to get rid of it
How you liking it 6 months in?
well of course there's a place for it I mean come on look at the updated sonata and the elantras and the key is and if there was no place they would not be spending money to update that not everybody wants a sport-utility it's nice to have one you know even if it's a small one like an escapes or something you know and midsize trucks well you know even their bigI saw house in Huntington Beach you know and they had a Colorado parked in the garage and it barely fit with wise but have to bed stuck out so it night time they would have to park outside so they could close the door my 2010 ranger was the perfect size if Ford was smartforget about the duel bronco make a nice small truck the original ranger sizeeven if it's on a unibody reinforced most people use it to go to Lowe's and buy plants and stuff on weekends you're not buying it to toe so I think they would be smart to do that not to mention the cost of a full size truck no entry level is 35000 +
*My God, I loved this 2020 version*
I hate that hockey puck shifter.
Ford dropped the fucken ball
It's not a BMW you're right
The long carporn intro was unnecessary
It looks like a soccer mom car
Front ugly, side and back epic
It was a good looking and handling vehicle. Instead of improving they are giving up. There will always be a market for sedans and Camry and Accord and Koreans will happily serve you. Also Stop with promoting your wife’s channel. If we are here watching car videos we don’t give two cents about your wife’s channel. Jesus man up.
Agree with you about the sedan market and it’s sad to see Ford abandon a good product instead of building on it. But man up? Lol how about grow up. I’m very involved in that channel especially when it comes to the travel content. I’ve seen many comments on that channel from people that found it through this one. Maybe you should go rip every RUclipsr with MVMT and Dollar Shave Club sponsorships. At least I’m promoting something I believe in as opposed to a product I don’t actually use.

@@TheTestDrive Sorry about an up vote and comment seven months after the video. I know late reactions can be annoying, but yeah, I agree with you wholeheartedly and wanted to say so, even late.
They gave me one of these cars as a rental this is one of the worst driving cars I've ever driven also i test drove one 2 years ago I liked it the body style but that also drove bad back then when you run over a bump in the road it feels like the whole car just Shimmer's all Ford's that I have driven Drive badly. Hondas and Toyotas drives the best. ford just don't put a lot of time and engineering and drivability of there vehicles like Honda and Toyota
Still the same body design :(
