Is this the was the chairs are set up in this room for prior meetings? or did they remove a bunch of seats to "fake" a limited capacity as cover for their "credible threat" ruse... Open Meetings / Sunshine Act requirements can be met in several ways. I agree if the rules state there must be space to accomodate all persons attending, then postpone and relocate to a larger venue. I am in a different state . It is first come, first served and video streaming fulfills Open Meetings requirement. Some places people can submit statements online to be read into the record.
