We got to see live how she does deals. She makes promises to her cronies and tell them she will make sure they get paid. Then, she bullies the board to pay what she promised. She gaslights them with her nasty attitude, quick ghetto quips, and arrogant disposition. Good for the trustee standing up to her.

I think back on how the case with Bishop Whitehead just how it took. It took a couple of years to get him but he is now where he belongs. He's in PRISON.

WGN has reported the FBI is involved. Now I know your comment was made three weeks ago. But just recently the FBI expanded their scope outside of Thorton and Dalton Township. That tells me that they are building a RICO case against Tiffany Haywood and her co-conspirators. I bet there are things happening that hasn’t even come to light yet, would rock everybody’s world. When WGN got a hold of the Dalton payroll for a two week period and there were officers working over 120 hours and with one of them working 306 hours in a two week period, really opened up my eyes to the corruption that is going on. I am not a resident of any of these townships nor do I live in Illinois, but I am a citizen of the United States. Because if it could happen there, it could happen anywhere. Who I feel sorry for are the residents of these townships having their taxes raised to pay for this unethical and illegal practices that I have seen go on. FBI investigations takes a while to get together so they have the full scope of everything please be patient while the wheels of justice works, it will be worth it in the long run.

Tiffany Henyard definitely was NOT voted in by the people. She secured that seat with a little loophole that allowed her to step into the shoes of a man that had nearly 30 years of service. That’s how she received such a high salary. Otherwise without that, if she’d been voted in, she would have had a salary of $50k instead of the $300k.

There is no way in hell I would even allow my children to be ( Bamboozled) that way as she love's to say. And I have two boy's one who works through a school program that pays him pretty good and he is in a college program staying at UNT University for his scholarship and works his normal job on Friday's and Saturday's before he returns back to the college on Sundays and he's only 15 and will be a sophomore this coming school year. I say this to say we as parents have to draw the line on not allowing grimmy people to line their pockets on the backs of our children. Norms for the meeting should be shared before the agenda is read. Also, the agenda needs to be read. Since none of these steps were followed, there was chaos throughout the meeting. 😮😮😮😮

this is more complicated that just paying vendors, 1st issue is that TH overrides the Trustees and dose not follow the correct procedures on purpose (she acts/works the same way in Dalton) she causes chaos in every thing, and she dose know the correct procedures (they cant keep letting things slip by). 2 Therefore there was written NO contract to do the work, NO work permits in place, NO authorization to do the work, which means he would be Trespassing, and many other issues, which also results in his Liability Insurance is now Void, so if there was a accident the insurance would not pay out, which would probably end in a costly court battle, and the village would probably be held responsible to pay out.
It also mean that the village are paying a lot more for work, allows for TH to get Kick backs, which it is alleged that this is happening?
The mayor tiff never listen to the people’s questions most of the time she and Keith are whispering to each other or Keith is writing his report for the meeting not giving residents their attention. The mayor can’t buy herself a watch so she will know the time this is why she is always late
