Dynamite Chicken | Restaurant Style Dynamite Chicken With Creamy Mayo | Chicken Starters | Ep: 935

Ingredients
Chicken Boneless -1/2 kg
Marination
Paprika Powder or Kashmiri Chilli Powder -1tsp
Chilli Powder -1/2tsp
Garlic Powder -1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce -1 tbsp
Salt -1/2tsp
Origano -1/2tsp
Egg -1
Maida or Atta -1/2 cup
Cornflour -1/2cup
Salt -1/4tsp
Pepper Powder -1/2tsp
Sauce
Mayo - 1cup
Garlic Powder -1/2tsp
Sweet Chilli Sauce -1tbsp
Ketchup -1tbsp
Sriracha or Chilli Sauce - 21/2 tbsp
Honey - 1tbsp
Method
Make the boneless chicken into small pieces.
Take a bowl add some chilli powder , Kashmiri chilli powder/paprika powder, dark soya sauce, garlic powder/paste, oregano and salt. mix all the powders. Marinate the chicken in this mix and keep it for 30 mins(keep it in the fridge , if possible for overnight). Mix 1 egg to the marinated chicken.
Now add ½ cup of all purpose flour/maida in a flattened glassware, add ½ cup cornflour,pepper and salt.Keep this aside. Add this just before frying the chicken.
To make the Mayo dip we need a bowl take mayonnaise, Sriracha chilli sauce, ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, garlic powder and honey. Mix this well. Check the sauce taste. Keep aside.
Add the chicken to the the maida mix. And sieve the excess flour from the chicken. Now fry the chicken till it is golden colour. The fried chicken will be really crispy. Separate the chicken if anything is sticking to each other. Now we need to mix it to the Mayo dip and served while it is still hot. You can garnish with spring onion.
