My Favorite Sleigh

**Part way through the video I say a bolt doesn't go through the sheet on the front bar. It DOES go through the sheet. I meant to say it doesn't go through the RUNNER. Opps.
Specks are:
12'x16" sheet
2 outside runners are 3"x3/4"
Middle runner is 2"x3/4"
Stiffener strips on top are 2"x3/4" beveled at 45 degrees to 1 1/2" on top.
Bolts are all grade 8, 5/16" except a couple in tiedowns only intended for bags.
Front bars are 22" long, 9 1/2" from the front bars to the first cross bar. That one is 1" square. All the other cross bars are 1 1/2" square. All cross bars have the radiused corners.
