    Good job with the break down of specific steps, especially the "turn the skis into the hill" part. This video is kind of a throw-back to the Schooled Video series, which were just awesome in their day. Glad to see someone bringing this kind of thing back for more advanced maneuvers!

Jus t a suggestion I thought might be helpful for what it seemed like you were trying to do would be to take a video of you doing the hop over but then pause it at certain moments when you wanted to discuss what exactly you were doing. Love your videos!! Good to finally put a face with the amazing riding. Do you think it is possible to learn to do a hop over on a non-turboed sled? I'm sure you can do it on any sled but I'm not turboed yet and just wonder if you've seen people learn how without the extra power to lift the front end.

    • @CalebKesterke
      @CalebKesterke  3 года назад

      I learned them on a stock 2013XM. I've never actually rode a turbo sled, I think the extra power would make it harder to control

     @Proven Progression Didnt notice in the vid if u were on the 155 , but do u find it harder on the 155 vs ur 146 ( i think) ? I went from 153 to 165 and i was barely getting the hang of the hop overs , now i'm worried that on the 165 it will be much harder

    • @CalebKesterke
      @CalebKesterke  3 года назад +3

      Its easier on a 155 or 165 because the pivot is slower giving the rider more time to hop over the seat and control it. They don't look as cool or as tight on a 165 but they are just as easy to do
