having lived in the US couple of years, the problem I see in the US is that their infrastructures have been built long ago, and its just too difficult for them actually take them down. Not saying that China is not having the same problem, but in general Chinese built their infrastructures relatively late, with slightly better conditions to actually improve or remove parts or the whole infrastructure if needed, at least easier compared to the US.
@@jimmyhaotran123 You don't have to take the old buildings down but you can fix the old buildings. You can build new roads, new bridges, new subway stations, new airports so on, but the US govt doesn't seem to care.

It's given only 10 days to comply to the order, so obviously it is just a way to force Evergrande to ditch its ownership, or sell them for penny on the dollar.

Hainan is awesome destination for a wonderful vacation after Las Vegas. My next top vacation paradise with all the breathtaking sights of sands, seas, malls, food courts, restaurants, theme parks and cultures both ancient and modern, all well urban planned on this tropical island.

Hilton has two towers featured in the Ocean Flower Island project. This iconic American hotel brand probably put in a $1 billion on this island project. Hilton will likely earn this back 10x over the next few years. I am pretty sure there are KFC, MacDonald and other famous American brands having a piece of this island. Not to mentioned, companies that make elevators and escalators like Otis, air-condition companies like Carrier (a United Technologies company), and many American corporations will benefits from China rise. If you are American or Canadian and you are watching this video please spread message of cooperation not war. Kudos to Alex and other RUclipsrs who spread message of peace and cooperation.

Today the Evergrande Group announced that it will abide by the orders to tear down 39 structures on its flagship property project on Hainan Island.
Evergrande is not the only Chinese property developer engulfed by a liquidity crisis. Altogether the sector owes $19.8bn in US dollar-denominated offshore debt in the first three months of 2022, analysts at Nomura said last month. In the second quarter of this year, they must find another $18.5bn, while also meeting billions of repayments in local yuan debt.
@@Reporterfy , I might be wrong, but my guess is that the government will force Evergrande to relinquish the 39 buildings for someone else to continue the development, as Evergrande Group runs out of money. It's given only 10 days to comply to the order, so obviously it is just a way to force Evergrande to ditch its ownership, or sell them for penny on the dollar.

Oh my goodness, watching this video is like I'm dreaming. Can someone please wake me up and tell me it's real? What a paradise on earth. If I have the opportunity to leave here just once, I will tell God that there will be no more need for another paradise when I die. And so, He should not waste time in letting me to die inorder for Him to take me to His own paradise. I will tell him that I'm perfectly fine with this man made one.
