iCare Metrix that’s what I am wondering, too. I just bought a 2018 Kia Forte and want to see if I can upgrade radio to Android Auto receiver.
NeverGiveUp NeverGiveIn yeah, i bought mines about 2 years ago, I’ve done some custom upgrades to the exterior and interior but i was really hoping to gain a backup camera and a nice radio display. Can’t stand how slow it is, but i think i can deal for now. I will say that i recently ordered a Phoenix automotive and it didn’t go at all as planned. The radio is designed for the k3 model, but they claimed it would work with my model. I know you’ve probably done some searching for similar products, i just wanted to let you know my experience with that radio, i recommend just looking for an aftermarket double din and purchasing the hardware to retain all of your oem features such as steering control and aux/USB ports. For what i spent on the Phoenix radio, Crutchfield had a bundle for everything needed for $10 less. Good luck with your upgrades!
iCare Metrix if you’re dash looks like 00:23 I’m sure it should work. I have a 2017 Forte and It looks just like that. Thinkin about pulling the trigger on this. Salute to my the Forte fam!
