The video only goes part-way toward offering a real remedy. Ppl below are saying UPDATE THE SOFTWARE and that sounds like the winning combo. I am curious, though. When you did the Factory Reset, did you lose your phone contacts and their data? Did you lose photos, if so, were they on the phone's memory or on the chip? When I'm feeling Fresh Headed in the morning, I'll start anew on mine.

WHEN EVER I SWITCH ON THE VPN APP AND CONNECT IT I GO AND SWITCH ON THE DOCTOR WEB FIRE WALL THEN I GO AND CHECK IF MY VPN APP IS STILL CONNECTED AND ITS NOT THEN I CONNECT IT AGAIN AND GO AND CHECK IF DOCTOR WEBs FIRE WALL IS STILL ACTIVE AND ITS NOT ACTIVE ANY MORE . Yes I had the same issue for 3 months. I had to go back to my old phone. Last night, I realized I never did the system update from October. This update fixes the glitch

I know what's happening the SQLite data base is corrupted because you filled up the storage
If you reset your phone it will fix everything and the SQLite data base

A lot of the tips I saw didn't work for my phone because I don't have those sections. I have an LG G6 phone and I really really don't wanna reset it. What happens is that it won't let me open phone, messaging, or contacts as well as it makes me re-receive the last text that was sent to me as well as the "Unfortunately, the process com.android.phone has stopped working" My battery is draining really quick. I've tried a ton of websites and none of them work PLEASE HELP
Update: I uninstalled the last update on messenger and turned off auto updates that fixed it.

Try to do the rest of process to see if you can rescue your smartphone without factory reset first or you will lose everything on your smartphone.
I just factory reset it, but Its fine. I don't really have anything important on that phone.
