I know this is an older video, but the 4 inches of red wire from the ring terminals to the white 2 pin connector there by the battery is fusible link wire. Not a clue why they did it like that, maybe cheaper than a fuse+holder?? Had a customer cut that part off to shorten the wires and ended up melting the whole thing into a big blob when the low beam relay pooped the bed. If I'm reading this right, it sounds as though the beam selector switch may not be functioning. Do the high beam lights actually come on? And are you saying the flash to pass is not operating? I'm confused
Sounds like the dash indicator bulb might be out. I wouldn’t expect the high beam head lights to come on with the headlights off until the flash to pass is activated or the headlight switch is turned on.
@@TiosAutoDiagnostics they been turned on before when headlight are off and they came on with indicator. But it would be accidental.(when using turn signal and gets pushed outward for highbeams)

Actually that makes sense. It appeared to be a cheap aftermarket kit like the ones you see for driving lights at the local auto parts.

My high beam indicator does not go on when high beam are on and headlighta are on. And my high bean dont go on when my head lights are off.

@@TiosAutoDiagnostics yes highbeams do come on when headlights are on but no indicator on dash. But highbeam will not go on with the headlights off.
And the flash to pass still works but same no indicator on dash.
