I feel like it would have been hard to be friends with someone like Jessica...i hope she is doing well now...but...I bet they just grew apart...kristin was probably done with Jessicas antics,and jessica was vrey clearly jealous of kristin and very isecure...i dont know these women lol...im just speculating...
@@ashleywilks6846 I agree with you, Kristin has a very strong personality and people like her speak their mind and that tends to push ppl away bc not everyone can handle what the truth is. I love friends like her bc I am similar to that, I tend to run ppl off bc I don't hold my thoughts to keep friends happy.

Jessica is incredibly annoying. I wouldn't have stayed friends with someone like her either probably.
They remained friends. Jessica lives in Texas & is raising 4 kids.

I love when they talk about certain things like Stephen talking about the razor phone such a nostalgic thing to talk about I always wanted me of those and never got one lol

Pomodoro doesn’t exist anymore 😢. My aunt lives in Laguna and I’m in Anaheim and when I was growing up I’d go to Pomodoro with my parents and my aunt and uncle. Also, my aunt used to own a salon and I’m pretty sure they filmed there for one episode 😂

You guys are being WAAAYYYY too hard on yourselves. You guys were kids and honestly, Kristen, Jessica needed that blunt communication. It came off as, "this is obvious, how don't you see it?" and that's just because you were a concerned friend. You never said one thing bad about Jessica, you just didn't like the situation. You were a great friend.
I agree that they are too hard on themselves but she definitely could have been a lot kinder to Jessica about Jason. I remember Jessica’s friends always talking down to her. Their bluntness was delivered with name calling and yelling. They straight up called her a dumbass a few times. It’s not what you say, but how you say it

I love y’all! And always have, but i want y’all to go a bit deeper for example when Stephen talks about Adam D. Giving him a razr phone I wanna know what that was about and how that came to be. I know it’s a lot to remember and it’s ultimately your story that you’re telling but I do wish you would just dig a bit deeper. I believe y’all can do this while still being respectful.
Another example is when Kristin narrates that she called that Lauren would leave SF. Is that Kristin or the script for the show?
Agreed. I wish they went in order with scenes and went more in depth. I know they can't speak for other people but instead of just going over their own scenes, I wish they'd talk about whats happening in the story. Theres a lot of juicy moments in the season with Jason, Jessica, Alex, Lauren etc so I hope they dnt skip over all that.

I got turned onto Laguna in season 2 and I was always Team Kristin. Yeah, she wasn't the nicest, but I felt she was more sincere and Lauren just seemed fake back then. Now, I like both of them.

This is why their dynamic is so fascinating to me. They’re never filmed together but date all the same guys

I just have one nitpick Ste-phen (they sound a lot more obnoxious attacking your dialect Kris than you do saying it BTW), and that is I want to hear what happened with you and LC in SF! I mean why are we always making Kristin the heavy in every epi? We saw it all, and you weren't innocent either, and that little pact you made would be null and void with any girl watching that final epi with you and clinger going to SF together! I mean let's keep it real here, right? Was that ALL MTV, or can you accept that it looked shady AF, and any girl would side eye you after doing that because that wasn't just a friend but someone who was hung up on you and your side chick?!
That being said, I loved seeing the vulnerability in you at that party, and outside of the more lovey dovey stuff with you guys, that was one of my fave moments. I can't even look at you is so adorable, but START really addressing the LC stuff already! We're here for TRUTH about BOTH of YOU not just Kristin's exploits, so we want to know are you hooking up LC or did you in SF, or were you just buddies? YOU clearly said that convo about you calling every day was BS, so lay it all out on the line. You have to show us the good and the bad here not just a cleaned up version of everything. The show made it look like you were more than, and I don't blame Kris for moving on if that's the case because I wouldn't trust EITHER of you alone in SF! SORRY!
Kristin, love you and your candor and your honesty (woot woot) because that's what we want, and I honestly am NGL I thought you made up this Matt guy, so again, WTG after seeing him go to SF with clinger. You never fail to play the queen role which is why you're my fave, and I LOVE that you take responsibility for your actions and comments. THAT is a mature way of hosting the show. I think you need to rub off on that co-host and force him to do it some more. ;)
You guys are great together ATEOTD, but I would love to see this area improved for you, Stephen! I know you can do it. Don't let poor Kris take all the heat all the time. We're in 2023, and men need to be held accountable as well!
I think it might also be because Stephen leans into every comment or detail and asks Kristin to comment on it; Kristin doesn’t really do that with him

I do think they did love each other which sucks (and did you see her say that in this episode that there was still love there, but the pain and ego wouldn't admit to it), and LC was too clingy to the point where he should've said this will never work if you keep playing third wheel to my relationship. IF he wanted to keep that pact, there's NO way they should've gone off to SF together, NONE. Who would say, okay, no problem, go off with the girl that broke us up again. Kris was smart to shut down after that, and I truly feel that's what she did. It's one thing to have random hook-ups, but seeing that clinger run to him every time they were apart, sorry, I got to tap out now, sir and find someone else even if it's just to boost my ego that's crushed.
That being said, I still secretly ship them because I still feel the chem (runs and hides), BUT I also feel the hidden hurt that they are trying to make light of too, and sometimes that's what is stronger and won't let them realize how they still feel. He wouldn't get jealous of HOT Sam and every other guy it seems (can't wait to see his reaction to Talan), and she wouldn't prob be inwardly panicking every time she feels maybe something about him and LC is going to come to light.
I think Lauren only stayed in SF for a few months then moved to LA. She must of already been offered the lead role on The Hills so she dipped, lol. I remember Stephen said they weren't at the same school. I did appreciate last season he admitted to hooking up with LC in Cabo but yeah I feel like sometimes they don't get as deep as I thought they would. Kristin is pretty good at the details though. I wish they'd talk more about the other castmates too. Lol I shipped them last season too but Stephen's girlfriend seems really sweet and Kristin is hanging out with Tyler Cameron. She has good taste.

@@deena8929 I think it’s because she wasn’t the narrator of season 1, so they only did season 2. Bc LC was the one narrating the first season.
Sometimes the past is better left alone. Stephen sounds like he still is a little salty and Kristen got uncharacteristically quiet toward the end....

Then in the fiesta episode, she was licking Jeff Boyles lollipop and making out with him after she knew Jessica wanted him. That was so messed up 😂😂 and Kristin kissing Jeff Boyle never got address.
