This is a big step for Mike. He is no longer a youtuber. He is now a proper historian who's expertees is actually requested to add value to the documentary. Well played mike, well played. Lives a few suburbs away from me.
RMS Titanic is still a marvel to this day, way more impressive than ships built today. Even resting at the bottom of the Atlantic she is truly a wonder. Rest in peace and God bless Titanic and the 1500 or more souls lost.
I’m so glad to see in colorful detail that Edith was able to save her famous shoes and toy pig from the unsinkable titanic as those thousands of freezing and drowning people screamed for help.
It's only the most famous ship ever sailed because of the tragedy that happened to her! Had this ship had a full life and was simply retired, she would have faded into history. But I went to the Titanic exhibition in Melbourne Australia in 2004. I touched the big piece, and saw all the exhibition and artefacts, she truly would have been a wonderful ship!
@@ratcat7668it would be very much appreciated. I've been studieing titanic since I was a kid... before the film was released. There aren't to many doc's that come out that teach me something new about the ship but this was littered with stuff I didn't know so thank you for this.
Probably because Thomas was on board, & lost his life when Titanic sunk. By all accounts he was a really good person, who could have easily pulled rank, & got a place in a lifeboat, but didn't.

Mike Brady is the best!! I wouldn't dare make a documentary about Titanic (or any other vessel) without him in it, either!
Awesome to see Mike Brady on here

That 1912 footage is better than any video taken of UFOs by modern cameras in advanced fighter jets.

Mike Brady!!!!! Our friend!!!!!
My great grand father worked on the Olympic.
Wow. What work did he do? I know an older gent who knew Lightoller and he met Commodore Sir James Bisset.
@@ratcat7668 I really don´t know. A common worker I guess. There were hundreds of them buildimg on that ship. just what my dad told me.
It can’t be? Our friend Mike Brady! From ocean liner designs!!

But also the largest ship to be built at that time although tiny in comparison to some cruise ships these days.
Mike Brady!
Mike Brady!!!
Why are they cut about 4 minutes short on Both episodes should be 47 minutes each
copyright reasons. When I upoaded I had the choice of deleting the entire video or just cutting the offending section.
Understand thank god for torrents
In the second episode the animations of Titanic were done by Jack Gibson
Mike brady you're the king of the world
Where is the rest? It cut half way through. That was anamazing doco. Where is the other half? Wtf
Its actually part one. I will upload part 2 shortly.

It lost me at 00:23 when they showed footage of Aquitania as Titanic.
I like how most of the footage isn’t even from the titanic.
Yeah I think people are well aware and they do mention that in the documentary actually.
I see many members of the Brady Bunch around. Like.
I have a whole book dedicated to the protagonist coming to hate opulent and luxurious things. I don't think she would like the Titanic 😅
Why do they always solely credit Thomas Andrews for designing Olympic and Titanic? It was a joint effort with Alexander Carlisle.
Probably because Thomas was on board, & lost his life when Titanic sunk. By all accounts he was a really good person, who could have easily pulled rank, & got a place in a lifeboat, but didn't.
Where’s the end?😅
It ends about 20 seconds later but I accidently cut it off.
I just wish the colourisations were better, they look like they were done in Paint
Fuck sake, even here, in a story about Titanic, the Woke hysteria had it's impact. My god!
Why does the narrator sound like she was recorded in a bathroom?
hmm sounds fine to me??
