I’d never heard of this franchise until I started watching MAFF. So far I’ve seen parts 3 and 4, but I’m interested in seeing Boyka’s origin in part 2.
I personally think undisputed 2 is the best of the series but I am kinda biased because I am a huge Michael Jai White fan. But even though Boyka is the antagonist in that movie he is definitely the star
The original Undisputed is my favorite film about boxing. Undisputed 2 was everything I'd always wanted a great B-movie to be! Then Undisputed 3 was even better!
Really good video. Issac Florentine has worked with just about every major Martial artist over the past 30 years and he definitely revitalized the martial arts movie genre. His work on WMAC Masters is also worthy of mention. Him and Jeff Pruitt also did amazing work on MMPR and Zeo. Great video!!!
You should do the Bloodfist and Ring of Fire movies with Don Wilson. 8 bloodfist movies and 3 Ring of fire movies. They’re your typical 80’s and 90’s martial arts movies.
The films that made me a fan of Scott Adkins. I honestly believe that the last film in this series was the last time we saw Scott at his physical peak. Not to say he hasn’t had good movies since this film. But I don’t think we have ever seen him at that level of athleticism since. The amount of high flying acrobatics and gravity defying kicks that Scott is known for is beautifully put on display in these films and is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of peak Scott Adkins action, right next to Ninja 2. Really good video.
@@MartialArtsFilmFreak That is very true. But considering that Scott himself is 47 years old, it wouldn’t be far fetched to say that he has aged and is obviously only going to get older. It wouldn’t be surprising if he couldn’t do some of the things he could do when he was in his late 20’s to early 30’s. But that’s just my two sense.
I found the boyka movies because i wanted to see more of Scott Adkins work after seeing avengement, I watched them out of order but i still thoroughly enjoyed all of them
The nuance of this movie is that it's loosely based on that time, Mike Tyson went to prison.
It's been a while since you've uploaded, this series is so good, I'm really glad this exists
Awesome retrospective. I wish that tv series actually materialized…
Undisputed 1 is a must see. Everyone can gush over Scott but Wesley did his thing!
I loved the film!! I saw it in the theater.
You missed the point of the first film George chambers got his freedom from taking part in the fight against Monroe thanks to that old gangster

This turned out exceptional. How did I miss the franchise, especially the original?
Awesome, glad to see a new episode

Action is also dictated by the character. I don’t know if he’s played any roles that require that level of athleticism.

May the views flow to this like a river

Ironically, the first one is the only one I've seen so far.
Then you must see the others!
