I am sorry for using live footage from 1997 (Kai with long hair, Dirk Schlächter playing bass, Henjo Richter and Dan Zimmermann instead of Thomas Nack and Jan Rubach) and the mediocre quality, but this is the closest video that I could find to the „Land-of-the-Free“-period.
