I see the common setreotypical judgement that chicago is a bad city and can't support 2 sports teams if the white sox left Chicago they would become one if not the biggest market to not have a sports team, Chicago might be losing population but the ratio of fans who are committed to the sport on the south side is very large. The real problem is yes the cubs but also the white sox lack of success and bad ownership driving down attendance and viewership, the money is there and unlike Cubs fans they don't show up to games to pay a corrupt owner and a failing team. They fit as a blue collar team on the south side and if they move anywhere else it signifgantly ruduces money inflow. The white sox are in the middle of the pack when it comes to most valuable teams sitting at about average and much above any other sports team that has moved away in the past to my knowledge. I cannot understand the TV rating you made as maybe not for your standard because it was a very average viewship for its time and the situation they were in and it succeeded the next ws ratings. The comment that you made was disrespectful to us sox fans and not at all true despite stereotypes in the past. It's ok if you don't know about a team but please don't claim the team should move away.

It's not an asterisk; it's a star for the Astros. If it were an asterisk, one would have been placed on 2018 as well, since the cheating that ALL of the MLB teams were doing hadn't stopped by then.
We can't pretend that only one team cheated.

I loved the part when the 2018 world series had an asterisk. Oh wait it didn't. Because all of you are a bunch of hypocrites
