It was great hearing Mike and J speaking about their mental health. Recently I've been depressed and suffering from my mental health. I thought I could handle everything by myself but now understand that I most probably need some sort of medication to help me try and live some kind of a normal life. Thankyou for sharing. Knowledge is power - communication is key 👍🏽

I’d suggest a therapist first, leave the meds as a last resort. Try some cannabis (if you haven’t already). Way better for you then those meds. We’ve all been there man, for some of us it’s a daily thing. But stay strong, one day a time.

It seems to be going extremely well for him so your wrong on that. It's his podcast and the guest who are there understand how he runs it and Mike Tyson will always be the highlight of the show even the guests feel this way.
