I made it, forgot to do the trick with cheese but ended up putting the cheese on top and it worked fine. Tasted amazing, I added some sausage pieces in and cut some tomatoes. 10/10 breakfast.
I made this today for my non fasting family members and it turned out perfect . I didn't have mint used rocket leaves instead and without the cheese. I also added some green chilli's and paprika powder too. It was very tasty.

@@arindamdutta9371 Buddy it turned out almost prefect not as puffy as in this video may be I had to much oil in the pan it took me longer then 30 minutes I am a typical desi guy who dont spend to much time in the kitchen my wife was surprised to see me chopping onion and Potato but she loved the Omelet we eat it all nothing left for the kids 😂

First cut onions and potatoes and fry after the oil get heat but put some sugar and salt in. That oil when trying it then take then beat those eggs and make it like that like videos has done.
