I can watch this whole day when it's raining outside. Would also be good to have more normal pace video instead of slow mo to appreciate their cadence. Great job!

And the crazy thing is that guy is a really good runner! One thing I love about seeing elites run is watching their form and realizing how much on a different level they're on!
His form compared Farah's is night and day. Mo's form seems to be covering the most ground with every step, while Rupp is bringing his legs back to re-fire. Definitely more efficient!
Super awesome video, please do more such videos Its poetry in motion 👌. Elite runners wearing Nike Next % seem to be jumping off trampoline😀
Right?! It's crazy how effortless they make it look!
0:06 The lead pack’s cadence is so perfectly synchronized throughout almost as if they are girls living together for years.
Pleasure to watch Kosgei; she runs like such a sleek greyhound.
5:33 Why is Gigante Beardoponysis running with a camcorder?
How tobe elite runner:
-Raised heel
-Pink shoes
3:56 Ouch, I feel calf pain just looking him forefoot striking his way throughout even in the second half of the marathon.
I forefoot strike and it's good bruh
he has the most beautiful forefoot striking form. even the kenyans forefoot strike isnt as pronounce as him
0:50 The one in the black jacket and hat is running in a different dimension altogether.
Fascinating video!
Thanks!
It’s mesmerizing like watching animals run. The human animal. Each intriguing in its own way. Running is the ultimate equalizer.
2:00 Why does Blue Shorts running with Rupp and Farrah have his right arm extended like that? Also curious who he is?

That's a good idea! I'll have to get that uploaded! And I agree, watching these guys never gets old!
That's slo-mo? That's my normal pace... 😭
Right?! They made a 5 minute mile pace seem so effortless.
Are the two guys running right in front of Kosgei her pacers or actually competing themselves?
They stride lenght so long
I am so amazed by how these elite fast runner actually performed. SO EFFORTLESS.. i wish i can be like them..
It's like a work of art!!
You Can. Just Run 100 Miles a Weak. Train at Altitude. And give yourself at least 10 Years Time. Then Maybee.

Wow you get my full support subbed and hug 💪💪👍👍👍
0:43 you can spot the difference with the way his foot hits the bottom and then the way he drags his levs in comparison to the leading pack

How do you even know who's leading?
One big differences for them and most average folks are the body weight and strength
I think Galen was around 135 pounds at this race. Mo Farah was less than that. And the fact they train for several hours daily!
When it comes to physical things, we asians drew the short stick.
Who has the better life quality tho?
Almost all the fast runners are wearing the Nike Vaporfly Next%
Its crazy! I think I may need to get some Next% 🤔🤣
Chicago ain’t bad at all.
Check out the TeeterTwins channel
I'll have to check these guys out. Thanks!
Wow, Rupp is leagues above everyone (form-wise)
His form compared Farah's is night and day. Mo's form seems to be covering the most ground with every step, while Rupp is bringing his legs back to re-fire. Definitely more efficient!
No he's not. Heel never touches the ground which caused his achilles injury. Also could do with some more kneebend
Nah Lawrence and Brigid
