@@samljer Yeah, I was always a fan of hugging the side. It is hard to get the team to consistently do that though. A lot of people just want to fight instead of win. More power to them.
fighting middle is fine most of the time- just sometimes it isn't.
similar to AB fighting on roads is great when you're winning, but bad when you're losing.

WSG will always be my favorite battleground. It's very easy to find some action and as a Shaman being a flag runner was always a possibility. Picking up Berserking and doing an Elemental Mastery/Chain lightning was quite fun too

Another point for the sham if the wolf form since its also 40% speed like the cheetah form of the druids, also since shams can use mail and shield they can also hold some damage.

Pallys can also buff themselves with Blessing of American Freedom. This buff builds a wall around the palladins body to prevent immigrant orcs doing harm to them

Being able to do WSG at low levels is a good way to break from leveling and get a little rep towards those good exalted rewards.
Also, not related to WSG, but that AV quest you can take at like lv50-52 gets you a pretty good blue weapon as long as you can win it!
BTW: shamans are really good with earthbind totem more than tremor in WSG. Tremor's range kinda sucks in BGs, and earthbind's AOE slow messes up everybody who doesn't have a FAP or BOF going as they support the flag runner or chase the guy who took it. And you can purge those buffs too! Plus ghost wolf for a weaker version of travel form makes them a good runner support or mid support if they're ele/resto, or a face destroyer if they're enh with a good 2h.
WSG at low level with a decent 2h and WF... 🤤🤤🤤
I missed when they took the buffing out before you entered a BG I use to go golds hire at low level yell buff please and get the high rank buffs and go in and be a boss fight all on your own it was so fun xD

I don't feel like I need a WG guide, I don't even play WoW right now, but your voice helps me to fall asleep, I enjoy watching your vids before bed.
I was a troll rogue engineer, and loved being able to grab the alliance flag, rocket boot off the cliff and parachute my way to the entrance to my base's tunnel. A quick sprint up the slope and I was ready to go do it again. But eventually a patch was introduced that made you drop the flag upon activating your rockets. Spoilsports, haha.
It use to get you could drop the flag and pick it right up again. A preparation rogue was insane during that time period in WSG. Vanish, once slowed. Usually in mid at that point, regrab the flag, hit prep and sprint again.
So are you going to be able to just join from anywhere or will you have to go to the battle master

OMG, so many memories... We had a 2 druids flag carriers premade... I was also a flag defending rogue. I was able to make it to lvl 13... I had no life... :-)

there is no way of knowing how much honor you should be farming... but you'll probably want to be in the top 1000 each week.

With the wpvp i ve done i've found hunter's viper sting very useful
Viper sting super underrated, can beat casters simply spamming that and running out of their cast range until theyre oom lol.
So are the old enchantments back for the twinks in wow classic.Used to love playing beefed up lvl 19 twinks in these battlegrounds.
Twinks were at the pinnacle during wrath, right before the xp bar lock..
@@WhySooSeriouslol They used to be so good with the high level enchantments that they had to be nerfed.They made it where the items had levels so that high level enchantments could not be cast on low level items.
Wait. Are you saying there are vendors in TBC? I mean at the instances themselves? I’ve never used the instance and even though I maxed a hunter, I never even saw the instance itself. I didn’t do any pvp with my Hunter and really regret it so I made a Druid twink. Been doin BGs with him at level 19. I thought the only vendors were the ones in orgrimmar. This video is a year old so just wondering if this is still a thing. I mean these vendors
I wonder what your view is on the Anti Healer Add On's like H.H.T.D and others like that I played a Resto Druid in vanilla right up to LVL 70 before going just raid healing, and Yes From WSG AB or AV you new you were top of the target tree but They had to spot you healing and mark you up,.. and I use to get a chance to run around heal before they did that,. With Classic and the what I see as the newer add on's, I am more dead than I am alive because I have the HHDT Marker on my head from the very start of the match have add-on's made BG"s a no go for Pug Healers like myself,... Have the BG's become a battle of who has the best Skills over who has the Better Add On's? Like to know your views on this as right now I am still a leveling Restro Druid in Classic and am finding it much worse in the WSG as a healer and am close to stopping healing in BG's all together I never found it like this in Vanilla and that was on RavenCrest Eu a PVP server. Were because of there being no cross-realm BG's you often were face to face with the same guys you meet in the non BG world.

Originally you needed revered with the warsong factions in order to be able to buy the rare items, such as bows and other weapons.
If this is still the case in classic, then i doubt most people will farm it for leveling purpose.
Been on battle grounds for the past few hours and alliance hasn't won on my server once. At one point a dude went "everybody split up!". I keep yelling to stick together and nobody listens, you'd think they'd notice the horde keeps coming in groups. I'm so frustrated.
I won my first game, lasted what 10-15 minutes? Suffice to say the Alliance shit stomped.
If I had 1 HK everytime I've read "DON'T FIGHT MID" I'd be world first R14

I hope that the BGs help cool off the world PvP. I have gone back to retail. After being disgusted by forced to reroll on a PvE realm to do any kind of gold-making outside of AH flips.

Is the matchamking balanced, or does it just throw random people together? Don't feel like getting stomped by players that have been doing this for years in private servers. And do you get matched against premades if you solo que?
The matchmaking is 100% random. Yes it is possible to end up in a team of 10 randoms with zero healers against a 10-man pre-made.

Was random back in the day. Some people have been asking for matchmaking - that's an argument for the changes/no changes crowds
Most WSG matches I’ve played, us Horde have just been farmed at the graveyard.
I do agree alliance was bit overpowering in most BG, but the alliance community eas equally toxic.
I had a nightelf hunter, tried 3 guilds Nd so many pvp teams but the toxic behaviour was out of proportion, then i made a Blood elf Mage- man being in horde was a relief. Loosing is bit sad, but we still had fun helping and trying - like it was a breather from the toxic nature of most alliance players.
I liked horde so much that i made Blood elf Priest during bc and DK during lich king.
Its better to loose and be jolly happy enjoying gameplay than stay with Toxic players and win.

Vanilla WSG was fun, the meta is going to shift completely in Classic. If I were to guess I'd say 2-3 rogues + 1 druid with sapper charges and thorium grenades are going to camp the graveyard. with a mage for clean up on the bottom of the cliff. Right when spawn goes off, the rogues and druid are going to dump the sappers and nades, and clean up anyone who stays up top. anyone who jumps down a mage will just be waiting for you. Meta is going to shift to needing FAPs or Major HP Pots to sustain through the burst from the respawn. Whichever team gets the kill advantage off the first or second skirmish is going to get a fast double cap.

It's kind of random these days - trying my best to keep with with both RUclips and Twitch(and going outside sometimes) =]
I literally just use American football defensive coverage references and the group all of a sudden gets competitive and starts listening, works every time. It’s fun when you assign players certain roles and they actually follow through.
I don't know why, but in retail, 1/4 of every time I died I would be put at the very start of a new res timer

When being a Shaman was awesome, earthbind totem was hated by the Alliance since they didn't have it and at a game that played different having a totem that slowdown everyone around and only available for the Horde they used to hate us ;)
Oh and on top we drop Wimdfury Totem (not available for the alliance haha) it was overkill

Pretty sure Free Action Potion is a physical buff, and cannot be dispelled by enemy priests/shamans.
