I faced a similar issue like you did. What you can do to solve the issue is to head over to this link ( www.epson.com.my/Ink-Tank-Printers/L-Series/Epson-L360/s/SPT_C11CE55501?review-filter=Windows+10+64-bit ) and download the Printer Driver for Win 64-bit you can find under the Driver section. Once installed, you should be able to find what you're looking for. :)

I had the same problem. You need to download a printer driver from the official Epson website and follow the prompts to complete the set up of the printer driver. After that if you come back to this video the maintenance tab should appear. Worked wonders for me
