Thus is some of the best rock crawling i have seen. I love that we are simply observing and hearing conversations instead of getting it narrated to us. Great footage.
Thank you so much Busted Knuckle!!! As a Hillbilly from the, Oh so wonderful, Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, living in Australia, you have no idea how much these videos do....👍👍👍👍👍 keep em coming
Another awesome video Matt !! To do cliffhanger in the day is one thing , but to do it at night going the other way is crazy !! That sucked when George rolled his JL , but I'm glad is was ok . Looking forward to the next one . Keep up the great work . Until next time take care .
This has been so much fun to watch. I grew up off roading in my dad's XJ, nothing this intense, but brings back lots of good memories. Inspiring to get a rig of my own someday. Thanks for the quality content.
You know it's a good video / trail when my hands are sweating just watching it. Cliff hanger, just wow.. Nice work with the 3 tire fire, impressive driving!!
Last time I did it I busted my rear drive shaft climbing out about 100 ft from the road. Got winched to road drove into town. Frt drive line. 2 hrs later rear driveshaft repaired and installed
Matt, I 99.9% of the time agree with your spotting... It still cracks me up, though, that everyone listens to the "bouncer guy"... HAHA Also, I sure miss my old school MT/Rs (on some random Jeep)
The Black JL really didn't look like it got much damage from that flop most of it can be replaced with aftermarket fenders ... I'm accustomed to unibodies where if you do this without a cage you end up with crushed soda can .
LOL I hit that far right line in my stock Tacoma last week and walked up no problem. Literally crawled up it no issue. No tire doin or anything. Hate to toot my own horn but, toot toot.
One of your best wheeling videos Matt. There were some complaints about the music in the last one, I prefer trail noise to music, but them JLs have an annoying fan! :)
BustedKnuckleVideo well lower gearing would have saved that roll over. Tire speed is good for mud bogging. Low gearing is great for rock “crawling”. Which I am pretty sure they are trying to do.
Rock Bouncers wouldn't be much fun out in Moab. We will continue to beat on these Jeeps, even the 2018 or in your opinion "Brand New" ones. As that is our right, but thanks for voicing your opinion. I'd like to tell you that it matters but I don't lie to my viewers.

Wow, thanks!
Off roading a brand new jeep. We need more jeep owners like this
No mall crawlers here

Thanks Jason, that's it for our EJS trip. On to the next adventure now

Thanks! We hope to head back this summer in RZRs
Nice video but I felt like I was watching a bunch of buses all four doors
Not bad for some mall crawlers....
Very satisfied when the black JL rolled over!
he was going for it
Have to say that was a clean roll over didn't even break a window 😜🤙
are you stupid it was brand new jl
I was surprised the glass didn't break
He has already rolled it numerous times....
@@jimlayhey1965 That's one of many things that could happen when you go rock crawling 🙃
par for the course

an XJ on 35s locked front and rear could do all of this
More great driving. Such an amazing place to wheel. Definitely on my bucket list.
everyone should check out moab for sure
Been following this series for about a week now. I’m jealous.
Glad you enjoyed it, we had a blast out there in Moab
"Straight under your eyeballs" Classic
it was right there
You know it's a good video / trail when my hands are sweating just watching it. Cliff hanger, just wow.. Nice work with the 3 tire fire, impressive driving!!
Those drops were no joke. I do what I can with 3 wheel peel!
crazy what a lightly modified jeep can do
these Rubicon JKs and JLs are crazy capable
You guys are nuts! Awesome vid.
we like to wheel
It's been 7 yrs since I last did cliffhanger in my 2dr jk. Definitely looks like this trail has roughedly improved with time.
was a great trail for sure
Last time I did it I busted my rear drive shaft climbing out about 100 ft from the road. Got winched to road drove into town. Frt drive line. 2 hrs later rear driveshaft repaired and installed
George had that guy drive his JL up that obstacle while he was changing his underwear...lol...
that was a little safer of a line
That white JLs fans sound like a helicopter!
the JL fans are crazy loud for sure
ALL THE WAY BABY....👍
to the Top!
Lol dudes funny," george is full send all the time!"
because he is
It's pretty obvious that Matt is much more accustomed to low traction wheeling that a lot of the other drivers you see in these EJS videos.
My driving style and lack of concern for my vehicle that gets me up things
Came here when I heard, "A+ for commitment" haha
He gave it a good go!
Matt, I 99.9% of the time agree with your spotting... It still cracks me up, though, that everyone listens to the "bouncer guy"... HAHA Also, I sure miss my old school MT/Rs (on some random Jeep)
Is MT/R guy running a 2.5L?
My lines usually work, sometimes they just require some skinny pedal and commitment
Wow I was puckering for some of those folks!
It was a sketchy but fun trail
The Black JL really didn't look like it got much damage from that flop most of it can be replaced with aftermarket fenders ... I'm accustomed to unibodies where if you do this without a cage you end up with crushed soda can .
I can't believe no glass was broken in that roll.
Awesome video.
Thanks! No Music!
Great video guys
It was a great adventure
And I was thinking of trying Black Bear this August after dark
Is it tough?
Nothing like your cliffhanger run. Just a mountain trail with switchbacks.
I see
I been on few wild rides that looks to sketchy for me even if I had perfect Jeep for it.
it is a good trail no doubt
Great Video!!!
Thanks!
Absolutely lovin this bro!!
Thats it for this series until the next adventure. Where should we go next?
BustedKnuckleVideo Not sure if you’ve been to black bear pass in Colorado, that looks like a fun jeeping trip!
Might have to give it a go, we are looking at doing the Rubicon this fall.
BustedKnuckleVideo oh! You gotta hit that for sure!! I’ll be around for the adventure
nice. couple of pucker moments
there were some pretty sketch spots on the trail for sure
My hat off to you guy's
Thanks James
great video guys
Thank Roger!
LOL I hit that far right line in my stock Tacoma last week and walked up no problem. Literally crawled up it no issue. No tire doin or anything. Hate to toot my own horn but, toot toot.
Not a hard line if you hit it right
BustedKnuckleVideo absolutely right my friend.
Good stuff Matt! Hope I get to wheel that area one day! Looks amazing!
Its worth the trip for sure
One of your best wheeling videos Matt. There were some complaints about the music in the last one, I prefer trail noise to music, but them JLs have an annoying fan! :)
HA, I figured someone would comment since this video didn't have much music
I Love to see people that aren't afraid to use there jeep. Why own one if you don't wheel it especially a rubicon.
Ain't scared to scratch a dent
Ok. You know your going too slow when you get passed by a bicycle. Almost as funny as watching the wheels coming off a GusBus.
HA!
I do wonder if the rollover could have been avoided with lower psi in the tires...
doubtful
Anybody know what size tires that plain white JL was running?
37s
Sweet video! Who makes those fenders on the Super Lift and Black Diamond JLs? They're awesome!
not sure
That three wheel drive seems to be a common thing for you. I just watch your cheap jeep challenge when you were at windrock park.
yeah it happens a lot....I am hard on parts
Check out ReXburg trails in idaho
Will do.
i love jeep❤ my bro❤
Thanks!
that dude is fucking ballsy hahah he rolled his 55k rubicon JL...
tis but a scratch
Great vid! What do you think of the km3 tyres?
Daniel Attwood best tires out there IMO
I did cliff hanger in a jku open both ends. Only winched where dude rolled at the beginning
cool
Rip Jeep
it aint that bad
Yea but it's still a pain
Part of it
What's with the bag hanging off the back of the one Jeep?
to pick up trash
Did they add the optional skid plate over their rock slide engineering steps? Curious if I need them or they take it well from the mfg.
I dont think so
Matt how do you think high horsepower rock bouncers would do out there
They would do great if they had big enough fuel cells
16:55 F that!
It was awesome though
Does rollover george have a youtube? Absolutely trippin on that shot you got at 18:00 on! Nice nice stuff
I don't think he does, he just shows up on our channel from time to time, he was on Trail to SEMA with us also.
I dont understand how these cars survive the beating they take...
we build them right
What time did you guys finish ? I heard you started at 5. That is a fun trail but more butt-pucker factor due to the cliff
We were back down around 9 or so
as deaf offroader, do you mind to turn CC on for deaf viewers ? your video looked fun! many thanks!
how do I do that? Is it not available already?
All I can say is air down . No way that black jeep was aired down.
we were all aired down actually
Thing hairy enough in day light
True
Who is the black jeep on steelies that also does the trail to SEMA....does he have a PIRATE build?
Kris from Powerstop. He bought it as is
Jon Aursland at the Flop Shop in Denver built that TJ
Uh yeah if he rolls at the beginning like that...turn him around...
Do you always quit when faced with adversity? You wouldn't have these videos to watch if that was my mindset.
BustedKnuckleVideo no way. But cliffhanger is dangerous in some spots. There’s a few spots I would NOT want to roll haha
Are most of these on 35s?
35-37s
Sorry the jl flopped
it happens
What Diesel is in the Black CJ7?
cummins?
@@BustedKnuckleVideo thats what i was thinking. 4BT
Kris from PowerStop swapped his JK for a TJ?
yeh it looks familiar....is there a build thread s?
HE did
That annoying ass flagpole on the white jeep jesus.
why is it annoying?
Spend all that $$$$$ making it look trail worthy. Did you spend any $$$$ on gear reduction? Atlas is the answer.
spent money on gears, no reason to have to put a atlas in there, rubicon case is already low
BustedKnuckleVideo well lower gearing would have saved that roll over. Tire speed is good for mud bogging. Low gearing is great for rock “crawling”. Which I am pretty sure they are trying to do.
That was stupid of you.
to go wheeling and have a good time? Yeah sooo stupid.....
@@BustedKnuckleVideo no to crash a brand new jl.
It wasn't brand new. They were built to wheel not be a Mall Crawler.
@@BustedKnuckleVideo the jl was made in 2018 so yes they are brand new. If you want a vehicle just to go wheeling then get a rock bouncer.
Some seriously amateur technique in this video jesus....
You must be some professional with your Tacoma! LOL
BustedKnuckleVideo look at my last couple vids from moab. I’m no professional bit damn these boys made easy stuff look hard.
Hope y'all packed spare underwear
no need
