It's more of a high pitched white noise than a clear sine wave. It wore off slightly since I first got it 3 months ago and I only notice it when it's really quiet or I rest my ear on my pillow at night. In the morning it is often louder since I think it has to do with my nightly teeth grinding but it is never completely gone. I consider myself lucky.

ok you are going to love this... I take Kirks sleep aid to help me sleep as I suffer from PTSD. Taking this stops my tinnitus dead. Taking other type 1 antihistamines does the same. I have to chop and change the pills I take every 2 weeks else the effect wears off and I get tinnitus back to 1/10th of what it was before. if I don't take the pills at all the tinnitus is back like normal. Not advocating taking pills for life but the relief, oh the relief....

For valid evidens We need to know if this works cause of the placebo effect or if it actually has any real curing effect.
It’s no secret that a lot of treatments of tinnitus is also mental awareness. Both positive and negative. So is this one of ‘em🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ (A very expensive one I might add). And is it long lasting?
And yes I get hives from the sentence “we can’t do anything-learn to live with it”. No no no, we have to try treating tinnitus , and as you’ve also said in other videos, we know a lot of tinnitus patients gets a benefit of hearing aid. Either from the gain it self or from various tinnitus programs in the hearing aid.
Or other Assistive devices that can e.g. help at night while you can’t have the hearing aids on. So yes I fully get you on that. (And I’m one of the few few lucky ones that have had tinnitus and don’t anymore cause mine had a physical reason. Tap tap cause of overweight so I physical head the blood pumping by in the veins. A weight-loss current that🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻).
But I haven’t heard about any blind studies in to Lenire. How would you go about that? And without that, how do you then know that it isn’t just the placebo effect 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️
That’s why I find it difficult to advise my patients on whether or not they should spend around 3000 euros/2400 punds, on a device only sold by one person in all of DK. Cause i lack the evidence on money out the window/happy (but expensive) placebo effect/valid treatment for tinnitus🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

As hearing professional with tinnitus, I wonder why you haven't tried it. Why not try it and then make a video and tell you subscribers what your findings where. That I would believe. I can find no first hand evidence that this works. All I can find are 'Reports,' possibly funded by the manufacture and recommendations like this.
