Personal note: People can park in the USA conveniently walk over to Tijuana airport and cheaply fly to Puerto Vallarta, stay at very inexpensive good hotels in a paradise destination. Have a great time in many small beach towns near Vallarta.

Puerto Vallarta rains almost every day at 6:00 pm and nice and clear each morning. Beautiful weather mostly.
