Hi Rose and Glynn! These are really great tips!! This is a really great orientation to how easy maintenance can be, especially if you just consciously do it a couple times per year (more often for those higher abuse places such as the roof). Thank you very much for taking the time to share all of this important info.
Yes...I need to head down to the trailer with all of my sockets and get some sizing done on all of the nuts or lugs on the trailer, its tires, the hitch, and our truck.
    Safe travels!!

Thank you Alan! And good call having all the correct sized tools stored onboard your ORV. The easier they are to find, the more likely you'll use them for preventative maintenance. Stay well.

You and Rose are an excellent resource! I watched several of your videos, and the content is full of tips and useful stuff. I've been a boater for over 20 years and the boss and I are in the process of buying a medium sized 5th wheel for some long trips in our retirement. Many of the systems like electrical, water and black tank are very similar. You're so right about maintenance and inspecting everything, knowing about the systems and how they work. You mentioned the fridge briefly - propane or 120VAC as indicated in a previous video. The rig we've selected has a 12 cubic foot propane/AC unit, and was wondering if yours keeps the food cold and safe during trips in the hotter areas like Arizona. At times our 10 year old grandson will be traveling with us, and he likes to inspect the contents frequently. This is never a problem with our 12VDC/6 cubic foot fridge on the boat, but it does drain our batteries in a day or so while at anchor (nautical boondocking) . . . Some fridge advice would be appreciated. Thanks and I've subscribed to support your channel!

Thank you so much for the comment and the kind words Kenneth (or Ken)! It sounds like you have an exciting journey ahead of you. Our fridge is a Norcold propane/AC combo unit and it has never given us a problem, works seamlessly between either source and keeps the food cold under all circumstances. In other words, it does exactly what it should. I don't think you have any issues. Welcome to the family and we wish you well!

Do you have a checklist to download of what to check when for future reference?

Sadly, I do not. Adding it to my long "to do" list. Wishing you well.
