There is one misconception in job that they work only 40hrs and have every holiday including sat, sun. I have worked for 14 years in IT no day was less than 10-12 hrs minimum, nearly 3 days of holiday+weekend w have to work monthly.
Sir, one topic you should cover is "skill development". People get higher education, prepare for jobs for years and finally they work for other people. But if they spent those years in skill development they could earn way more than a regular job.
