Basic leglock concepts and troubleshooting the Kani Basami - Sierra MMA leglock seminar part 1

At my recent seminar at Sierra MMA in Salt Late City Utah I taught a series of basic and foundational leglocking concepts. Here's the first two parts of that seminar. I will be releasing more clips from this seminar periodically throughout the coming weeks.
I seriously recommend training with Pedro Sierra (the head coach of Sierra MMA) who is truly a genuinely great coach and person. I can't sing his praises enough.
