I grew up on Disney XD, so I like a lot of the shows. My favourites were Kickin' It and Kick Buttowski.

ALL of the shows on Disney XD deserved better: I'm In The Band, Kick Buttowski,. I still haven't gotten over Aaron Stone and Lab Rats Elite Force getting cancelled despite cliffhangers. And can we talk about the fact that every action based show Disney had whether live action (Aaron Stone, Kickin' It, Mech X4) or animated (Big Hero 6, every Marvel cartoon), they treat them horribly with bad schedules or forced finales?

Don’t forget about Wander Over Yonder. They literally had a 3rd Season planned but the executives were like “nope, no screen time for you” and cancelled the show.

I would say that Disney XD was the last good Children’s network and one of two only good children networks (the other being the Hub) in the 2010s. DXD really wasn’t bad at all
Cartoon Network was good as well in the early 2010s (2010-2014). Same with Boomerang before it went to shit in 2015 as well as Nicktoons before they stopped making original content and airing old Nicktoons.
@@flashfunk0373 Yeah Boomerang is terrible they use to air Hanna Barbera cartoons Woody Woodpecker and Popeye but now they air ausitic shitty cartoons like Moley Taffy and The Boss Baby they don't even air Looney Tunes anymore
Sorry, but Disney XD wasn't all that good. From where I sit, the 'Disney Afternoon' shows were vastly superior to those tween sitcoms. and whatever modern cartoon Disney put out. (Though I did like 'DuckTales 2017') The only good Marvel cartoon made specifically for Disney XD was 'Avengers: EMH'.

I missed Jetix.😔 But now that Disney bought Fox & their FX channels, they can possibly have it back. What would've been so great with Jetix return is this time for every night programing on OG Disney Channel, similar to how Toonami returns but for during Adult Swim & not Cartoon Network. What I would like to see about Jetix's returning, is by making Jetix more teenage programed this time, just by airing more PG-13 films, like the Marvel Cinematic Universe films, Pirates of the Caribbean, non MCU Spider-Man movies from Sony (even Venom), & Star Wars.

I have narrow the downfall to a few points. A. Very poor planning/decisions. B. Them stop making live action with storyline (Ex. Pair of king, lab rats, etc) C. Basically After P&F ended whatever show did starting to become popular on xd they moved it to The main channel.
Disney XD and Cartoon Network had the best shows and cartoons. When we first got XD I was like "this channel never disappoints me"

On of the best shows to me that came out of Disney XD was the 2013 reboot of Max Steel, and let me tell you, I was hooked on the show.
Basically all the dead shows of Disney channel or cancelled shows go to the shadow realm with Disney xd

Maybe if was more in basic cable packages I can see it being a more successful Channel in the ratings in the early to mid 2010s
2012-2013 is the most good year for Disney XD
When i quit watching it, they were almost only airing reruns from Jackcepticeye and markiplier videos for some reason, the games wernt even kid friendly, they played happy wheels which is a graphic game for Disney XD. Always thought that was strange

I think they shutdown disney XD in my place to because i got in today and..like there is literally no disney XD and i obviously am sad...it literally was my whole childhood i grew up watching Kirby buckets and many more shows now it's just a memory....and it's sad....sorry I'm gonna go have my mental breakdown section now so ya....

Disney XD's shows were mostly stupid to me, I virtually ignored the network as a whole. That said I was still aware of most of their content and the only show I really paid attention to at the time was Pair Of Kings. Now however, I decided to give one of their shows a chance, that being Zeke and Luther, which I just found out a couple days ago is only Disney XD's SECOND live-action show ever. I saw bits and pieces of Zeke and Luther only after seeing Adam Hicks in Lemonade Mouth and liking that movie, but now that I'm giving the show a chance, it's really funny and entertaining, the comedy is somehow natural but still over the top if that makes any sense. Here's a fun fact that may or may not surprise u if u actually did watch and invest in Zeke and Luther growing up but it's by the creator of Even Stevens

I never did like that Disney XGarbage I always hated It replaced Toon Disney and Jetix for one thing that Disney XGarbage was dead to me since the day it destroyed Toon Disney and Jetix.
What's really sad is that Toon Disney could've been their answer to Cartoon Network, but sadly, that never happened. It just became a male version of Disney Channel. Only more obnoxious. I don't know why Disney Channel would want to ditch the male audience, and go all in on the female audience. They pretty much alienated people like me, and it's no wonder I latched on to Cartoon Network before THEY started to suck.

Those sitcoms for boys weren't as popular and it was short-lived comparing to what the flagship channel was doing with pop stars girls with magic and starring in Hollywood and dancing off you know it especially when it lasts up some of the biggest names

Disney XD wasn’t going to last. They made it for that specific era not thinking how popular or far will this go. They created based on what was cool and popular in the time they created it (which pretty much explains the name)

I have an idea for something that can work on Disney XD and that something is Tokusatsu from Japan. If they can get the rights to adapt and air stuff like Kamen Rider, Ultraman, and Power Rangers then their Tokusatsu block could be a home run.
