I love the way you treat your daughter you are a fine example of what a man should be like this generation is full of lazy guys that don't want to do anything physical good to see you setting a good example and your work ethic is fantastic you definitely set a good example for a lot of people and raised a good kid love how you use a lot of recycled lumber and cut your own also everything looks really really good
Jeff, a small little detail I like to add for the latch is a bushing in the post for the slide. If (when) the gate changes orientation through drying/swelling, the latch pin will slide into the post w/o sticking.
Hey Jeff! Great video and super quick work as always! I saw the gate in the back yard has a diagonal brace from the top hinge to the bottom swing out putting the weight of the fence gate under tension. If you swap that cross brace around it'll be under compression and more reliable not relying just on the screws holding the way to the fence. So going from top of swing out to bottom hinge. Thanks for the content and love your work!
Jeff, the house sure is a nice one! real nice! and big. you doubled up on your work and time and never lost a second after last winters problem you had. up to 4000.00 dollars to build a bed like you made priced accordingly to sizes. The treated we have at lowes and home depot is labeled premium .it is junk It twists and ye and yaws.its horrible. You can get your miters tight and it will shrink awful. 😅😅
Jeff, my man you’ve got some mad skills with your carpentry. Just outstanding work ethic!!! I’ve been a mason for 40+ years and work mostly with tiles, stone and brick. I only wish I knew half as much as you regarding carpentry and wood work. God bless you and your family.
You ever get a Malinois that dog will make short work of your fences. They'll just jump over them and jump back in when they feel like it. You have to train those puppies to be good from the start or you've got a nightmare on your hands. They food train and can be trained to watch where you're standing and get out of the way. I think you can teach them to do your taxes, they're really smart dogs.
Im building my back porch and was going to use wire railing. I like the cattle panel but does it rust bad over the years? Will it hold up long term? Thanks for your time and advice, Jeff!
