This record sounds exactly like Sargeist's, Horna's and Behexen's kids got together and formed a black metal band to pay tribute to their dads. I mean I dig it because Finnish black metal is my thing and on first listen I think it's a good record I'll probably even buy it when it's over in 14 minutes but the similarity to the Finnish sound is uncanny. Good job guys if that's what you were going for.

I think this album it's not one of the better of last year, but probably in the entire BM story. Dark and cold riffs, evil vocals, amazing album cover, cool lyrics and themes. It's one of the album i listen more often, i also have the badass t-shirt of it.

La primera vez que escuché éste disco no me gustó. La segunda vez que escuché nuevamente éste disco tampoco me gustó, pero ahora que lo escucho una tercera vez, me encantó. Lo escucho sin parar desde hace tres meses en mi celular. Gran disco que rescata muy bien la escena del Black Metal.

Yo lo estoy escuchando por primera vez ahora, mientras me pongo al día con el estilo después de unos años. En el BM siempre hay alguna joya nueva por descubrir, y esa es una de las cosas únicas que tiene. Tremendo álbum.

Por fin Puro Black metal de verdad!!!!
Esto sí es un black metal oscuro y sin heavy metal ni cosas raras. Sin duda el tema que más representa a un buen Black metal es el primero, luego los otros muy buenos también pero el primero te transmite esa sensación de oscuridad y nostalgia por el buen black metal de antaño.
Aunque suene influenciado por grupos de Finlandia, aquí hay una gran diferencia. Sarkrista no necesita meter partes de Palm mute o solos como hace la escuela de Finlandia en su mayoría.
Este es el black metal que apoyo totalmente.
Y al parecer esta idea de black metal hoy en día es elitista, pues sea así entonces, por que esto nos demuestra que el black metal no necesita metal en ningún momento.

Pienso exactamente igual, a diferencia de los que dicen que "el Black Metal está muerto", trabajos así lo hacen más vivo que nunca.
Éste disco de Sarkrista se convirtió en un clásico contemporáneo al igual que MGLA, The Ruins of Beverast, Mispyrming, y hasta podría nombrar a Batushka que para mí, no es mucho de mi agrado.
