SO MUCH CHEMISTRY and it amounted to nothing in the end. i truly believe the writer wasn’t very invested in kim goeun’s character and her love line at all for some reason, she only really bothered to develop the second couple and so many key scenes were given to njh’s character and goeun’s character was simply reduced to stand and stare from the side-lines. i mean it would’ve been ok even if there isn’t much skinship or cheesy stuff like that but there simply wasn’t enough development for these two, whereas the other couple had been well-fleshed out by comparison. the writer herself admitted this at the end. such wasted potential jeez 🤦🏾♀️🥺

I think the director chose to give an open end rather than suddenly make them together because it would have been a complete happy ending which can seems unrealistic for the viewers. But in my opinion I find it very disappointing they played these characters because the actors playing oh in kyung and her bf didn't really have chemistry. So it'll maybe have been smarter to switch the couples
@@neonme4781 yes yes, but a straightforward happy ending is really not what I wanted either. there wasn’t any notable development or attention given to this couple at all, I mean, even though they couldn’t end up together, the reasons should’ve been specified and more clarity should’ve been thrown on their relationship instead of just making it ‘mysterious’ till the end…the effort was lacking and that pisses me off tbh
