@@aerickmon3350 it isn't so much that it's easier but that it saves time on animating mouths which can be applied to more important details for maintaining immersion. 3D animation is very, _very_ time-consuming, and any small time saving moves add up and get you a better animation in the end.

Customer vs employee mentality illustrated. Napkins and such conveniences are provided free of charge but they cost the business money. There's a bean counter in most major offices that does little else than watch those kind of expenses and compare them to the overall budget. If the expenses get too high they'll find a solution like charging for napkins. Then the poor employees have to deal with customers who complain about napkins costing money and nobody is happy. So no, it's not fair to the people that work there. Customers aren't the only part of the equation of "fairness".

As a former McDonald's worker of 2.5 years, the rule of thumb is one napkin per item. Same for sauces. I left a decade ago, so things could be different now.
Yeah usually when I go they give me like two or three packets of sauce lol. I guess they would limit it if everybody took 80 packets each, though.

As an ex-McEmployee, I never encountered this exact situation, but I do know that people in the drive thru sometimes ask for an excessive amount of napkins.
@flabort as a ex-mccustomer getting 1 napkin is lucky at most locations so asking for an excessive amount is just insurance
