Do you scrub the surfaces before you hepa vacuum?
Do you just fog the ducts? Or you actually do a duct cleaning?

We normally HEPA vacuum surfaces first and then apply an antimicrobial cleaner and follow up with another round of HEPA vacuuming as warranted. We normally recommend air duct cleaning as applicable, but no longer do this ourselves and contract it out to a company that specializes in this. We do recommend fogging the ducts after they are cleaned with an antimicrobial cleaner.
