Listen better, $5000 per month is the lowest price, ie parking on the tarmac. A hangar in a main airport can be $12,000 per month, that's $144,000 per year, not $60K.
My hanger is $1200/month for a Premier. Several of the figures given are pretty far off. Think it said 90-100gph. Yeah, not even close unless he is talking per engine.
